PLAYER DAVE & FLY - BOUNDLESS PERCEPTION
Music, Original MixCommentPlayer Dave’s long-awaited sophomore single from his debut LP arrives with familiar warmth. A wicked cool collaboration between the California musician and rising bass aficionado FLY, “Boundless Perception” is an edgy, mellowed-out, electro-fusion treat. If you have been following the genius that is Player Dave for long, you can easily tell that this genre-defying track binds his old style a sound entirely new. Between a low hum of psychedelic bass, “Boundless Perception” offers smoke-soft synths and elegant vocal samples. Its dark and brooding aura is softened by digital plucks and morning birdsongs that blend effortlessly to synthesize the sounds and feelings of darkness and light. The last single ahead of his album Where The Wind Blew Me, “Boundless Perception” is a truly remarkable listening experience. Expect more from Player Dave later this month as he releases his life’s story via the emotionally rousing 11-track album.
GUSPY - STEEZ LUÍZ
Music, Original MixCommentAt only 21-years-old, Southern California artist Guspy is disrupting the psych-rock landscape. His innovative take on the edgy sub-genre is poignantly refreshing. The self-taught musician’s latest showcase of sound “STEEZ LUÍZ” is a hazy treat with R&B cadences, textured vocals, and a digitally-crafted psychedelic reverb. Materializing the sound of gritty, coastal sand, “STEEZ LUÍZ” is a nod to modern beach-rock while simultaneously offering a genre-opaque listening experience. With indie-pop aromas in its peripheral, this gutsy cut is a non-conformist anthem with organic sensibilities.
TOMMY TRASH - HIIIGH FT. DAISY GUTTRIDGE
Music, Original MixCommentDance music luminary Tommy Trash teams up with singer/songwriter Daisy Guttridge for the sweeping house anthem "Hiiigh." A frequent mau5trap collaborator and all-around dance music phenomenon, Tommy Trash powerfully sets the tone for what is yet to come from the mau5trap’s new imprint hau5trap. The label's debut single "Hiiigh" sees the long-awaited reunion of Tommy Trash and Daisy Guttridge after their hit 2019 collaboration "Let Me Go" with mau5trap mainstay i_o, and 2017 collaboration "Oxygen." "Hiiigh," features a bustling amalgamation of sonic synths and classic four-on-the-floor basslines, as Daisy Guttridge's spellbinding vocals lead the charge. Fitting in seamlessly with hau5trap's mission of pushing groove-driven, melody-driven house music to the forefront, "Hiiigh" pristinely marks the beginning of a new age. Brimming with nuanced house flair, Tommy Trash and Daisy Guttridge create a sultry symphony, perfectly kicking off all things hau5trap.

Music, Original MixCommentFollowing his viral ballad “Give You The Moon,” ethereal lo-fi electronic producer Kina returns with “I’m Not Going Back,” a stunning collaboration with fellow producer and Nashville crooner Mokita. This atmospheric new single beams with romantic lyrical prose and a warm production style. Steeped in heartful melodies and blissful hooks, these complementary musicians share a poignant symbiosis. An indietronica treat with smoked-out digital grooves and floating melodies, “I’m Not Going Back” is nothing short of hypnotizing. Listen below.
MAXIMONO - TREMBLIN'
Music, Original MixCommentGerman electronic producer Maximono just launched his new label venture- Parasoul Music. While the label is primarily dedicated to championing the new age of house music, fans can expect releases under other electronic sub-genres like drum & bass, UK Garage, and lo-fi beats. The debut release on Parasoul Music goes to none other than Maximono himself via his funky new joint “Tremblin.’” A soulful blend of progressive house and narcotic disco rhythms, Maximono’s latest offering is a proper dance floor gem with an infectiously vogue bravado. Characterized by deep grooves and lush vocal chops, “Tremblin’” stands out in a sea of stagnant sounds. Listen today and keep an eye out for more new music from Parasoul Music.
