Montreal electronic duo Blue Hawaii have released a new video today for their track "Reaction II". I recently had the chance to see Blue Hawaii live - they opened for Purity Ring here in San Francisco - and I was super impressed with the live set. This is a great track - kick back and relax...... it's only Tuesday!

But somehow I feel pretty OK with this early morning because we have some new Washed Out to wake up with..... fantastic!! This new track called "It All Feels Right" sounds like what would happen if you crossed indie tropical pop with the Beatles. CommentAustralian duo VOWS crafts music fit for a seedy, underground dance club: infectious beats, grinding synths, and mechanistic, post-punk tinged guitar lines. Made up of Sydney natives Matt and Rizz, VOWS draws inspiration from film, literature, romance, and the pop culture the two grew up on. Now based in NYC, the duo just released their self-titled EP, which IS available for purchase via iTunes and other digital retailers.
EP track “Symbol System” features discordant guitar melodies, buzzing synths, booming piano and an irregular electro beat that set an eerie mood of mystery and intrigue.

CommentIt's hard to believe it's already time for a new Poolside record! Their debut full length Pacific Standard Time was on constant repeat through most of 2012 - that record is amazing! Daytime Disco is pretty much the best thing to happen to indie dance music - I feeeeeel that shit! Today Poolside drops a new single called "If We Make It" - it's the first single from their new album. The song is being released on the "Scion 10 Series Music Release" which is a compilation celebrating 10 years of Scion. Cool! You can also grab this track as a free download!

Something comes up that you didn't know was there, and for a moment you have found euphoria through your speakers! London Grammar have this over the top epic song called "Wasting My Young Years" and it has been remixed by N.D.M.A. and it's kinda amazing! CommentMan.... I feel like this is the best day ever! It's one great dance track after another, and this new one "Your Kisses" from The Other Tribe is like icing on the cake! The love I feel for this group of British electro-pop hit makers is HUGE - considering our relationship consists only of suggestive tweets back and forth - but they know....they know how I love them! "Your Kisses" is taken from the forthcoming My Girl EP on Relentless Records - maybe we'll get that in the States?? The Other Tribe = RADNESS!
