Enter Broken Luxury - I met these legends last year when they played my CMJ showcase in NYC! Here we are with Phase Two for our upcoming SXSW show!  In just a few weeks we'll be back in Austin for the 5th year at the Brew Exchange!!  This year we are really pushing the boundaries, bringing some of the most forward thinking and inspiring artists to date!!  We like to to think we're one step ahead of the next big thing, and this years showcasing artists are cutting edge and making huge moves -- to quote a high-end artists booking agent, "The Beautiful Buzzz showcase at SXSW this year will be what the Fader Fort showcase looks like next year."  Remember to RSVP for entry HERE!

KODAK TO GRAPH - FAKE MURBLOCK

Super excited to talk about this amazing producer Kodak To Graph!  I am happy to say that he will be playing our SXSW show in a few weeks in Austin, and he's at the top of my list of the artists I am most looking forward to seeing!  I'll be honest, it took me a minute to like this new future sound - simply because my roots come from delta blues and classic rock (thanks Dad), so this syncopated hip hop feel was something I never really grasped .... until now!  I love it, and Kodak To Graph slays!!  "Fake Murblock" is the second single from his new album Isa which drops March 10 - so remember to swoop that up!!  

LOFRAMES - GET REAL (CAN'T TOUCH YOUR LOVE)

A friend of mine shared this track on his facebook page, and this person is an amazing producer so I figured I would give it a listen, because if he's sharing, it must be good!!  BOOM!!  Just found my new favorite track of the week!!  Loframes dropped this synth pop dance gem "Get Real (Can't Touch Your Love) and it's the best ever!!  Check it out for yourself kids - good shit! 

VANCE JOY - RIPTIDE (KASBO REMIX)

Just came across this track on the soundcloud feed!!  Swedish producer Kasbo has delivered a laid back remix of "Riptide" by Aussie legend Vance Joy.  It's pretty badass - and it's kinda making my day super awesome right now!!  My headphones are on fire with this Kasbo sexiness! Best part tho - you can swoop this is a free download!!  AwweeeeeYeeeaaaaaa!!  

DOJA CAT - SO HIGH (CHATEAU MARMONT)

This is a real treat for me today!  The ever so brilliant French legends Chateau Marmont have remixed "So High" by Doja Cat!  I love this band so much!  When I started throwing parties a few years ago, they were among one of the first bands I booked, and even though the show was lightly attended - I got major cool points in the industry for having such great taste!  Now I'm selling out huge events - I should bring back Chateau Marmont and put them on a rager!!  Enjoy this one kids!!
