I’ve been known to get personal on my blog posts from time to time - but I figure hey now, it’s my blog, I can do what I want. I feel that now, during these very strange times, it’s never been more appropriate to let your loves ones know you love’em. Le Youth (and Brianna) is truly my family and such an amazing friend in my life, and I am so lucky to have such a brilliant human around. We don’t get to see each other much because we’re in different cities and he’s always running around the world playing sweet jams so all y’all can have a dance party, but I 100% know he will always have my back and vice versa. Over the years he’s shown me unbelievable kindness and friendship, and we’ve had some crazy laughs and adventures along the way that are pretty hilarious. Le Youth, I love you brother! JACKLNDN - DEEPER

One of our favorite humans JackLNDN is once again sending the most excellent vibes our way! His new single “Deeper” has all the deep house groove that is essential for our survival. Sheltering got you down? No problem …. JackLNDN gives us feel good beats with calming swirly sunny melodies and tender vocals that will cure any lockdown blues. The Deeper EP will be out April 24. Rad!

We all need vibes these days …. I’ve been tucked away from all forms of outside life for a minute. You see, I have terrible asthma so if I catch COVID I will definitely struggle. As I am sheltering at my parents house in northern CA, I am thankful for 2 things, one is my Mom’s cooking and the other is music! Currently I am watching my Mom dance like no one is watching to this new Jody Wisternoff track “Story of Light” and the smile and laughter it’s bringing to my life right now is something I will never forget. So many vibes y’all … so much good! Cubicolor released a new track this week via the always amazing Anjunadeep, and it’s a must have. “Melodies” has a super bouncy flow with all that delicious deep house groove which is a perfect combo for that dance floor fire. Last time he raged with us in San Francisco was in JAN of 2019 to a sold out crowd …. that was wild! I think we’ll see the same thing happen on May 22 at 1015. MADEON - NIRVANA

Last night I was one of the lucky few who were able to celebrate the release of Madeon’s Good Faith album while attending his show at the largest audience he’s ever played to as a headliner in San Francisco … and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! Me and 8000 other fans experienced one of the greatest shows from this prolific French producer, everything about it was bananas. From the visuals to the song selection, it was incredible tasteful and a complete mind blowing journey of light and music and love. I’m so impressed that I’ve had this record on repeat all day!
