I can’t tell you how much joy I had seeing a new Love Thy Brother track …. last time I was with this legend we ate chicken mole at this really fancy Mexican restaurant in San Francisco that also has a phat Tequila & Mezcal menu …. and we drank … a lot! What a great time! I have not seen this Canadian producer since … but like this song says “we belong together me and you” and I know one day we will raise a glass to each other again. Until then we have the music, and holy mac this track slaps! “More Than Friends ft. Pretty Sister” is a fantastic dance pop dream full of epic vibrant vocals soaring over disco dancefloor beats and bouncy funky melodies ….. beware because it may cause booty shaking! Miss you Love Thy Brother … keep the good good coming!
Electro Pop
AVEC SANS - SLOW DANCE DOWN
Music, Original MixCommentBritish electro pop trio Avec Sans release a new single “Slow Dance Down” that’s giving me all kinds of feels! With fuzzy melodies and gritty beats, this euphoric vibe hit’s all the right spots. Alice Fox’s vocals are so dreamy. She says, ‘“The song conjures the spirit of the dance marathons in Depression-era 30s America, competitions that went on for hundreds of hours with people clinging on to each other to stay upright in a desperate bid to win prize money.” Delicious! You can pre-order the album HERE!

A glimpse into their zealous artistic perspective, the budding musical duo gives the already-impressive cut a kaleidoscopic treatment. Embedded in the experimental fabric that Ekcle is best known for, this opulent remix still manages to pay homage to the original pop-oriented gem.
