THANKS - I CAN GET (BASTION REMIX)

Talk about a fresh funky dance jam! It’s been out for a couple weeks now, but I couldn’t let this one go unnoticed. While I hadn’t heard the original “I Can Get” by Danish duo THANKS until being sent this, I’m now a fan of both the original and this hyped up bouncy retro French Electro/House edit from Parisian duo BASTION. This is the kind of jam that I feel would even earn the respect of funk masters like James Brown, Parliament-Funkadelic, and the Ohio Players. Excuse me while I get down in my kitchen to this right now.

CHEROKEE - TEENAGE FANTASY (FT. GIBBZ)

Mondays are always such a pain, every single one!  Today has been particularly hard because I have been pulled in 10 different directions!  I have one minute to breathe now before I start my so-called second shift, and this new track "Teenage Fantasy (Ft. DUSKY - YOOHOO (AGRUME & LOUNES REMIX)

Good morning legends! I thought I would start off the day with something very new!  I know zero about Agrume & Lounes except for the following: they have recently been born, they are French, and they just did this amazing remix of "Yoohoo" by Dusky.  I'm not mad about any of these things!  I randomly came across them on soundcloud this morning - love that!!  I'm not even sure if it's one guy or a duo, which is also very cool! There have been a slew of mystery producers releasing amazing tracks and no one knows anything about them - that trend may start to get over played soon, but it still works for now! This track is deep house goodness, it's pretty great! Give these newbies some love, Agrume & Lounes may just become your favorite new thing of 2015!
