SAINT WKND & MAX - SURVIVE (PLS&TY REMIX)

One month ago, SAINT WKND and MAX teamed up to bring to fruition their collaborative single, "Survive." While the original piece is a stand-out single on its own, Palm Beach-based PLS&TY took the track and ran with the wind on his "Survive" remix. The OG track is indefinitely more low fidelity, intentionally sending notes through a grainy filter to create a vintage electronic sound. While maintaining respect for the proprietors, PLS&TY shifted "Survive" into a colorful, kinetic masterpiece. Emitting colorful vibrations, and an exhilarating resonance, this particular treatment is distinct, outstanding. Each drop is a release of vivacity, bringing life each metaphysical note, making the intangible, tangible. Intense, yet approachable PLS&TY's flip of "Survive" is an animated, electronic anthem with zeal and vigor. 

PLS&TY - Run Wild

I finally got to meet PLS&TY irl this past March when he crush his set at our SXSW show, and we had soooooo much fun! He'll always be a permanent part of the BB fam.... I just love this little muffin! Now this young LA producer is back with a new track "Run Wild" which I've had on repeat for the last 2 days. I've been seeing all kinds of hints from artists who are about to drop their remix of this track, and before they all come at me at once I decided to chose the first one to put up on BB - and our homie Frankie Sanchez beat everyone to the punch! All 15 remixes of "Hiding From The Rain" by Autolaser x PLS&TY came out today, and we are feeling Frankie's spin on this one! Here's something we have never done before, but this track is such fire I couldn't resist! For this next premiere we are giving you the whole remix package for "Used To This f. This is awesome for many reasons, I love starting off the day with tracks like this! First, this combo of music makers is on point! We kinda feel like we were around when young PLS&TY was born, and have supported pretty much everything he put into the world over the past year.  Also I had multiple people send me this track, which only means industry is getting behind this LA producer to make some big moves! Then there is my girl MOONZz! We got to hug on each other last week at SXSW (don't be jelly) and be all girly and such as .... so much fun to finally meet her in person and .... JUST A GENT - HEAVY AS A HEARTBREAK (FT. LANKS) (PLS&TY REMIX)

One of my most favorite new discoveries of last year was this little muffin riiiight here! PLS&TY found himself all over BB - we kinda couldn't get enough! This new year has brought us so much great music in just the first few weeks, it's only fitting that this young LA producer takes a swing with a remix of "Heavy As A Heartbeat" by Just A Gent! Yea .... totally smashed this one! As if he wouldn't .... this is why we love PLS&TY so much, he just keeps delivering one dope track after another! This one is filled with bassy future beats and hip-hop vibes, but you can still feel that emotion behind the vocals ..... ugh so so good!  Probably should listen to this one right away!   

THE BEST OF 2015!

One thing I have always said is that I am definitely not a music journalist!  Beautiful Buzzz was created as an outlet where I can tell my friends about all the great music I come across - and over the past few years we've grown into a fun place where people can find new tracks and listen to my stories! This Best Of 2015 list is personal; it's a combination of tracks I loved and great moments I had working with the artists over the past year - whether it was through the blog, at one of my Beautiful Buzzz shows, or just a night out on the town!!  Enjoy!!

What would the end of the year be like without a new remix from one of our favorite young producers PLS&TY?  We have talked about this kid quite a bit in 2015 because pretty much everything he puts out is spot on.  Yea, we like to fangirl over this legend, and all you have to do is check out his version of "This Game ft. Bertie Blackman" by Odd Mob to see why.  His future sound is so smooth, it's like he makes beats in his sleep. We have all kinds of special feels for this kid riiight here! Seems like I am talking about him all the time with my inner circle of industry buffs and fellow music lovers!
