THE BEST OF 2015!

One thing I have always said is that I am definitely not a music journalist!  Beautiful Buzzz was created as an outlet where I can tell my friends about all the great music I come across - and over the past few years we've grown into a fun place where people can find new tracks and listen to my stories! This Best Of 2015 list is personal; it's a combination of tracks I loved and great moments I had working with the artists over the past year - whether it was through the blog, at one of my Beautiful Buzzz shows, or just a night out on the town!!  Enjoy!!

JORDAN F - LET'S CRUISE

I can't sleep - maybe because I know tomorrow is going to be bananas!  Everyone will be back in the office from the holiday break, and I have one million things to do!  So, as I stare at my inbox to decide that I will tackle first in the morning, Jordan F puts up this new track that is delicious and I am feeeeeeling this riiiiight now!  It's the perfect vibe for my mood - and everyone loves a little 80's synthwave vibe .... I mean ..... rad!!  This Australian producer just released his new album Timeless, and this track "Let's Cruise" is the opening jam to what has been a highly anticipated synthwave piece of art! JACQUES GREENE - NO EXCUSE (YUNG GUD VIP)

We're gonna take things back with this one kids!  Remember when this Yung Gud VIP remix of "No Excuse" by Jacques Greene dropped?  Yea buddy - so delicious!  Lucky Me Records is celebrating 7 years of their acclaimed Advent Calendar; and will usher in 2016 with a free download every day from the 27th December until Jan 6th producing a 12 track compilation of rarities, alternate versions, and brand new exclusives that span the sound of the LuckyMe family ..... and today they gave us this jam!!  Amazing!  Grab a free download HERE!

If I told you that this new Melvv remix is the first of a whole bunch of amazing tracks to come from this young producer ... would you be excited? Cos, we are .... we've heard them and holy cow .... 2016 is going to be quite a year!! This little muffin came into our lives last year like a bullet and is now strong in Beautiful Buzzz fam! SKRILLEX - STRANGER (KHARFI REMIX)

Just stumbled across this one on the old soundcloud feel -- officially the first new find of of the year. Italian electro house producer Kharfi has put his twist on the ever so popular "Stranger" by Skrillex, and I think it's really beautiful.  There are so many brilliant textures and assorted levels of lightness mixed with rises and dance beats .... delicious! BIPOLAR SUNSHINE X JAZZ PURPLE X LANA DEL REY

It's the first day of 2016 and y'all .... my head is pounding! I know many of you are prolly feeling the same, so maybe you'll also be into these super groove vibes from our boy Bipolar Sunshine! He wants to ease us into the new year, and this sexy future R&B version of "West Coast" by Lana Del Rey is the perfect way .... many feels! Happy New Year!!

What a perfect way to end 2015!  Our next premiere reflects this amazing year of love and growth at Beautiful Buzzz - making new friends and reaching more people, it's been a wild ride! We've had the pleasure of getting to know these two legends (and their management) -- a night of fun and one million laughs with Oliver Nelson in San Francisco, and Arthur Younger did a Buzzzmix that was straight fire!  Today Arthur releases his discolicius remix of "Found Your Love" by Oliver Nelson that grooves so deep you'll be lost in that nu-disco house vibe in 2.5 seconds!  I see amazing things in the future for this young UK producer, and I am so happy we'll continue to grow together!  Grab a free download HERE!    

GRAVES X INT3L - DEATH MEADOW

Hawaiian producer Graves is throwing some serious fire lately! Dropping one crazy good track after another every few weeks, each one setting that bass bar at the top - holy cow! His latest collab is with iNT3L with "Death Meadow" and the windows in my office are shaking from this intense low end! I only want this bass in my face for the rest of the afternoon! MARTIN SOLVEIG & GTA - INTOXICATED (SALVA REMIX)

I can't decide if I am over the holidays and eagerly want to get back to work, or if I never want to work again because the struggle - either way I am feeling irritated about everything and I need to fucking relax! What better way to bring up spirits than with some big room sounds to turn my frown upside down! LA legend SALVA slays this new remix of "Intoxicated" by Martin Solveig & GTA by inserting his big bass sounds right into the heart of this jam!  Delicious!
