KYGO - STAY (EMPIA REMIX)

Australian producer Empia took a spin with the tropical house master KYGO and flipped "Stay" into a future feels dream ... ummmm good!  We talked about this fresh young music maker a few months back and our excitement over what he would be releasing in the new year, and this remix has kicked things off brilliantly!  Still keeping things level with poolside vibes, Empia has added an extra layer of future beats for more of an edgy turn up feel! Hey now!  Our boy Jerry Folk just dropped a new track on a very fun filled Monday - soooooo not mad about this! We love everything this Norwegian producer puts down, and "To My Soul" is a fantastic way for him to kick off the year!  It's also his manager and Next Wave Records founder's birthday today, and who doesn't love birthdays! Jerry Folk made or "Ones To Watch In 2016" list because of his sweet soulful sound as well as plans for making some big moves with a ton of new music to share in the months to come!  He'll also be making his US live debut in San Francisco this Friday at 1015 - I'll totally be there with bells on! It's a sad day in the music industry ... we are all mourning the death of David Bowie!  An artist who brought so much inspiration to all of our lives .... he will be greatly missed! This weeks Buzzz Box is dedicated to this legend who helped shape my love and passion for music.  RIP!  

[PREMIERE] MYNGA - SHARE MY DREAMS

Last year we had the pleasure of meeting this German duo in Miami at WMC for some pretty rowdy hangs, and ever since we've been keeping a close eye on all of their radiant releases. Today MYNGA drops their first original of 2016 "Share My Dreams" which we are psyched to premiere to the world! MYNGA have such a great disco house groove, always lighting up extreme dance floor vibes drenched in tropical feels ...it's hard not to love everything about this sound! YAEL NAIM - WALK WALK (20SYL REMIX)

There is so much chill today!  After enduring the week from hell - aka the first week back to work after the holidays - a chill day is much deserved.  French producer 20syl dropped this new remix of "Walk Walk" by Yael Naim a few days ago, and it's vibing perfectly with our relaxed state of mind. This one has a smooth funky groove with glitchy beats that we are totally loving - 20syl always delivers the perfect jams to bring us to our happy place! Grab this one on iTunes HERE!   

MELANIE MARTINEZ - SOAP (MAX LIESE REMIX)

Wow Max Liese had a great 2015 and we know that he's on pace to have a killer 2016 as well. Known for his grooving bass lines and synth stabs, lit melodies and tropical overtones Max brings his skills to remix Melanie Martinez's smash hit single "Soap." Slower than much of the other tracks I've heard from Max so far, he still brings it with this one grabbing the vocal line and chopping it up with relaxed wobbly groovy bass and synths. This is definitely a breakthrough track for Max and I just saw today he has released another great tune Vice X Caitlyn Scarlett - Bad Love (Hold On) [Max Liese Remix].

COSMO'S MIDNIGHT - FALLING OUT (FEAT. LIDO)

Alright I've got your Friday dose of future funk right here! What a collab! Cosmo's Midnight and Lido have put together a splendid, bass heavy, jazzy chord infused concoction that has us at BB melting. This track features some beautiful piano accented by some phone sound effects, blaring synth hits, and a funky fresh lead synth line. What more could you ask for to get your weekend started off right!

THE KNOCKS & MATTHEW KOMA - I WISH (MY TAYLOR SWIFT) (PENGUIN PRISON REMIX)

Two Beautiful Buzzz veterans come together to make some fire in the best way imaginable this week!  This one is extra special because we've been with both these legends for years - talking about their music and having them play our shows pretty much since the start of our little BB fam. Penguin Prison drops this killer remix of "I Wish (My Taylor Swift)" by The Knocks x Matthew Koma for some sweet disco vibes -- love it! Both Penguin Prison and The Knocks will be playing live sets this winter (in Feb) so you guys should check to see if they'll be in your city! Listen and love! 

[PREMIERE] SHAUN FRANK & KSHMR - HEAVEN (KISO REMIX)

I had the pleasure of watching Shaun Frank get down last night at Mix Magazine's lab in downtown LA, and today I get to premiere Kiso's new remix of Shaun and KSHMR's angelic tune "Heaven." Kiso is owning what I'm dubbing as chill guitar house and this latest release is another breed of exactly that. Kiso has been steadily gaining more and more support for his releases recently getting spins on SiriusXM's BPM station while racking up hundreds of thousands of plays on Soundcloud. Just happy to say that Beautiful Buzzz has been a part of this process.
