ELEPHANTE - CLOSER (FEAT. BISHØP)

I'm keeping the heat streak going today with that new new from the flamethrower himself Elephante! "Closer" is another classic progressive phante banger featuring the lovely vocals of Portland's up and coming Bishøp. The tune starts with organ and pads as we are introduced to Bishøp's lovely voice and snappy rhythm. The hook rings out "Why don't we get closer?" as the build takes us to a bright dance chorus that's ready to get your weekend started off right! MAHALO - MIDNIGHT DELIGHT

Our boy Mahalo is back with another whoop whoop techno meets nu-disco track out on the quickly becoming our favorite label LAMP. "Midnight Delight" is a super fitting name for a track like this that just grooves and pushes forward with ease, fitting for a after hours drive through the city. It features a simple funky lead melody and guitar line accented by snappy percussion and moving bass that's so mesmerizing we lose track of time. Free download baby so nab that tune right here.

[PREMIERE] MAKO - WAY BACK HOME (TASTYTREAT REMIX)

Well it's Friday, and I should know better at this point, but I guess Friday has become the new Tuesday so we've got a slew of amazing new music coming at ya! We've got yet another Get Buzzzed alumni (I gotta say our SXSW show was on point!) TastyTreat throwing it down with an amazing rework of Mako's cinematic single "Way Back Home." The boys have taken the single and put a dancier tone to it, all the while keeping much of the original's essence. Mako's vocals really are the heart and soul of the record and TastyTreat keeps them intact all the while building to a near perfect future drop with airy bright synths, triplett wobbles, deep sub and a splash of piano like melody that locks it all together with a bow. [PREMIERE] LENNO - GOOD THING EP

Today we've got a treat for you from Finland's young rising nu-disco king Lenno! We love everything about this EP so much that we had to post two tracks off the groovy EP. We'll start with the lead track "Good Thing." A slower but still upbeat record with jiving synth stabs, bumping bass and sporadic top line synth splashes all underneath a jovial lead vocal that rings out reminding us that now we've got a "Good Thing."

The second track features some of our bestest homies and SXSW Get Buzzzed alumni Bee's Knees and Monogem. During Monogem's set at our showcase the power to the stage literally cut off half way through! But instead of getting frustrated like an absolute champ she made small talk with the audience and kept everyone in good spirits while it was fixed. What a pro! I digress but seeing these two names teaming up with Lenno made us at BB very happy. "Better With You" is a amazingly funky track with swirling synths upbeat lyrics and of course the grooviest of bass lines that we would expect from a collaboration of this magnitude. Monogem's vocals smooth us along turning this record into a surefire radio ready hit! "Everything is better" with music from these three studs. [PREMIERE] HAYLEY KIYOKO - CLIFFS EDGE (LASH REMIX)

Our boys LASH are back with a sweet new remix, and we are swooning! Hailing from the Dominican Republic, this dup has been killing the remix game - getting millions pf plays on Soundcloud and reaching #1 on Hype Machine 6 times over! Bananas! Today they drop a fantastic remix of "Cliffs Edge" by Hayley Kiyoko" for some tropical summertime feels - it's just what we needed on this chilly NorCal morning! Get into this one kinds! 

KRNE - I'LL BE GOOD

It's always cool to see a young producer from your home town start to make big moves - and KRNE is about to blow the f up! We've been onto him for sometime now - listening to his sweet sweet bassy jams and catching a show or two! This bay area legend is all the industry buzz lately and we love it! His latest single "I'll Be God" just dropped via Fool's Gold Records, and this one has a deep funky groove that is delightful and new - KRNE knows how to keep us on our toes and delivers feels on the dance floor! BEARSON - WANT YOU (FT. CAL)

One of the biggest bummers of SXSW was when this legend showed up to play our party, and we realized that our CDJs were the Nexus 2s - which were not compatible with his gear! When does that ever happen? Alas, not seeing my first Bearson set last week made me sad, but hopefully we can get him to play another one of our BB shows very soon - you know your girl is always working on making something happen! Today, however, Bearson releases his new original "Want You ft. Cal" and it's 100% dreamy! Bearson creates a sexy groove that gets into your heart and soul for all the feels. Ugh .... it's just so good! Only thing you really need to do today is swoop this one from iTunes HERE!

JAUZ x NETSKY - HIGHER (ORIGINAL MIX)

Los Angeles producer Jauz has arrived! After dropping one awesome tack after another over the past year, crushing some festival game, and currently selling out multiple dates on his US tour - we think he's passed over into next level greatness ... and we love it! Tomorrow his new original mix with Netsky "Higher" drops, and currently I have this bad boy on repeat! This track will be featured on Netsky's new album 3 ... so you know what to do! 

FLUME - NEVER BE LIKE YOU FT. KAI (WAVE RACER REMIX)

A friend of mine on facebook could not have said it better when he posted about this track ..... Disclosure who? The second official remix of "Never Be Like You Ft. Kai" by Flume has dropped, and fellow Australian producer Wave Racer completely crushed this! Maybe it's because they're native brothers, or maybe because the Aussies crush everything, but Wave Racer completely understood what needed to be done when remixing this track! It's incredibly brilliant on it's own, so it's one of those tracks that can be easily ruined when remixed, as we learned from Disclosure, but not this time around! Fire! 100% nailed it!
