LAUREL LAXXES - SOMEWHERE NEW (FEAT. GAVIN BEACH)

CRYWOLF - DRIP (MIELO REIMAGINATION)

Following the well-received unveiling of his widow [OBLIVION pt. 1] album, LA-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Crywolf is casting colleagues and new-found producers alike for his release of The OBLIVION [Reimagined]. The debut curtain call for the forthcoming remix catalog goes to Chicago-based producer Mielo. With three years of success under his belt, the versatile producer gives an 80s inspired treatment to “DRIP.” While the original joint was cut with geometric soundscapes and syncopated melodies, Mielo rinses out the track with a bit of buoyancy. A slow, narcotic intro complements Crywolf’s haunting signature sound, later blossoming into a futuristic network of punchy drum kicks and electrifying synths. A gritty film cascades atop echoing vocals, projecting colorful shadows throughout this dynamic remix. An immersive listening experience, Mielo’s clever sound design stands as the archetypal introduction to Crywolf’s The OBLIVION [Reimagined]. Watch this space.

GOODSEX - GLOW FEAT. GENEVIEVE & TRANCE THOMPSON

Slow it down with GoodSex’s lead single “Glow” from their forthcoming EP, coming soon. GoodSex is comprised of members Joes Domingo and Colin Tyler. For this track, the duo tapped both Genevieve and Trance Thompson for an effortlessly cool 80’s retro-fused sound; Genevieve’s vocals the true cherry on top to the groovy beat. “Glow” is something that all groups worked on collaboratively together, making this something super special for all parties. They want to remind “each of us to ‘Glow.’”

PAT LOK - FEARLESS (FT. LUKE BURR)

Pat Lok just unveiled his new Corazón EP, out now via French powerhouse Kitsuné Musique. The Vancouver native's Corazón EP is both fiction and cautionary tale, metaphor and lament - revolving around a relationship that takes place over only 36 hours. In the larger sense, Corazon is about something we each deal with in varying levels and how we treat ourselves and each other in a time of 'instant everything'. [PREMIERE] NOEL - REBORN

Having already wrapped up three EP’s – ‘Shelter,’ ‘Watching’ and ‘Rhythm Flow’ respectively – Noel ties it all together on his debut album “Reborn.” This project is the finishing product of a producer who wanted to re-immerse herself in the world of drum & bass and found a perfect place in ProgRAM. As one of four of the album’s exclusives, title track ‘Reborn’ steps in with edgy synths patterns and rippled arpeggio melodies. The track’s subtle rowdiness offers more to marvel at which makes it no surprise why the productions made it onto the full LP. Since Noel was the first artist to manifest his album on ProgRAM, he certainly cements himself in the history of the label. "Reborn" is a coherent collection of Russian talent.

[PREMIERE] JACKLNDN - GONE

jackLNDN is no stranger to our pages! We’ve been supporting this legend since he was a wee lad still making beats from his parents basement in the UK. After many years of rad releases, about a dozen shows, a move to the USA, and all around general hangs …. you could say he’s one of our besties! We are VERY excited for this next premiere of “Gone” by jackLNDN which will be included on his first full-length album THOUGHTS out AUG 16. This new track has all that deep house goodness that only Jack can vibe, but this time he’s tackling the “darker side of loneliness; when the mind is such a mess, that numbing it seems is the only way to cope.” With shadowy melodies under deep house beats and dulcet vocals, we get all the feels. Get personal with jackLNDN and get into this one kids!

ALIGN - SYMMETRY

Chicago-based producer ALIGN released his debut EP Intertwine today, no small feat for a budding artist. The EP features 5-tracks, including 3 previously released singles and 2 new tracks. Let me be the one to say: this is truly some amazing indie-electronic work. From one song to the next, the EP flawlessly flows, continuing to draw the listener in further and further.

One of the new tracks from the EP is titled “Symmetry,” a song that immediately had me hooked from the first few seconds of the song. Utilizing ambient vocals and a conglomerate of percussion elements, “Symmetry” is enthralling from beginning to end. I expect a lot more from ALIGN in the next coming years, so definitely add him to your radar to keep an eye on.

CASUAL T - WANDERLOVE?

Austin-based producer/DJ Casual T revealed the third and final single from his forthcoming Lovers? EP. Following the well-received singles “Why?” and “Bath?” the impressive artist unveils “Wanderlove?” With looming soundscapes and breathy chords, Casual T’s “Wanderlove?” is a shadowy success that highlights his dexterity as a musician. Haunting, sultry vocals bleed into punchy drum kicks and sharpened synths. Closing out his EP rotation with a bang, “Wanderlove?” solidifies the foundation that Lovers? will soar freely upon.

SENSU - ISSUES FT. RYCK JANE

As Sensu anticipates the release of her forthcoming debut album titled Embrace, she tantalizes our earholes once more with “Issues” featuring Ryck Jane. As a classically trained pianist, she incorporates her musical knowledge into every aspect of her music, creating something new and innovative in the hip-hop-fused electronic world. On this specific single, she explains she was inspired by “Asian music and instruments,” which you can definitely hear within the various production elements. She wanted to make a female MC to make the track “complete,” and Ryck Jane worked her magic.

Sensu’s debut album will be released later this summer, with a sprinkle of single releases in between.
