[PREMIERE] TASTY TREAT - GET CREATIVE

Let's forget the fact that a few months back I made one of these SoCal producers stand outside a LA club at one of our Take 2 Entertainment shows because he was not on the list. Not a very smooth move for a promoter, but how was I to know this sweet guy who was totally understanding my lack of list names was in-fact 1/2 of brilliant production duo Tasty Treat! Oopsie!  We got it cleared up and hugged it out - so this premiere makes me very happy -- a way to make it up to him! This week kicks off the release of Hebinomichi Vol. 3 which features 15 tracks by various artists from the collective, and we're bringing you a Tasty Treat original "Get Creative." PRINCE FOX - I DON'T WANNA LOVE YOU (FT. MELODY NOEL)

IT'S HERE! This track is so huge and so much fire that I'm pretty sure it's officially the jam of the year! Our bestie Prince Fox has just crushed the future vibes dance track game! "I Don't Wanna Love You ft. Melody Noel" is everything that is good in the world - strong soulful vocals over big bass beats and future pop feels! I am over the moon with all these feels!! Earlier this year I received a text from Prince Fox while he was flying to SF to play a Beautiful Buzzz show, and he told me he could not wait to play me something new, and he jokingly said I would love it so much I might cry but that he would hold me!  Haha! He was right! This New York producer coming into my life this year has been magical -- I can't wait for what's to come! This one is available Nov 20th via Casablanca Records//Republic Records!! 

YESYOU - BE MINE

I mean, I could go on and on and on about how much I love Aussie electro duo YesYou, and that we have been huge supporters for years at Beautiful Buzzz - we just caught on early and never really let go! However, all you actually need to hear is this track! The music speaks for itself.  "Be Mine" is a beat heavy jam that pulls from deep house and pop vibes. I even get a slight  Moby feeling being channeled here! Brilliant, as usual! I love you YesYou! Look for their debut album to drop in 2016! 

KINGDM - CAN'T GET OVER YOU

Ohh it's been a funky kind of day for me, ha ha both musically and in real life. Seems like weird stuff has been happening today, so I'm happy that I'm at home now listening to tunes. I'm a huge fan of all the groovy, soulful, funky fresh dance music coming out the last couple years and today I'm super excited to introduce to you a brand new London and LA based duo KINGDM! This being their first track ever released, I'm pumped that I'm getting on board early. This tune starts with bouncy piano, claps, kick and some incredible vocals. As the chorus hits we feel the groovy bass lift us into flight with catchy falsetto vocals leading the charge and tuned back up vocals filling in the rest. Don't know much about these guys yet at this point, but the music is fire!

[PREMIERE] WILD & FREE - THE MOONHOWLER EP

LA homies in the house! I always enjoy supporting my brethren in the south, and today's premiere has all kinds of tropical summer vibes that we've grown to love from SoCal producers! Wild & Free bring us their latest EP The Moonhowler via buzzing label RIS Labs.  Included are two fantastic tracks, "The Moonhowler" and "River of Nile" -- both deliciously drenched in disco beats and have ultimate groove feels!  So kick back and relax on this lovely afternoon and lose yourself with Wild & Free!  

TKAY MAIDZA - GHOST

We've got a BB newcomer today for you. Adelaide, Australia represent! Tkay Maidza's new single "Ghost" is flashy, edgy, bass filled and straight up catchy. Although given the heavy hitters behind the production of this track, I'm not surprised. It starts with George Maple, who's resume includes working with Flume, Goldroom and What So Not, who also happens to have a production credit for this one and oh why not throw in Baauer for good measure. The result is an eclectic, melodic and distorted garage hip hop tune with layers of atmospheric sounds. I think we're going to see a lot more of Tkay in the future.    

KARL KLING - I NEED YOU

This year I have been lucky enough to grow close to this brilliant artist through a series of epic SF nights and summer weekends in LA.  Karl Kling has become one of my favorite people ever, and is directly responsible for the the most amazing phrase of the year, "KK's got your back!"  I believe it!  This week Karl Kling releases a new single that is so freaking good -- he's channeling some Death Cab for Cutie vibes mixed in with steady rockin dance pop beats! He's currently on tour with RAC, and I highly suggest getting out to a show! And Karl, BB's got your back, always! LOVE!

CHEAT CODES - FOLLOW YOU

It's gotten cold, even in Los Angeles! As much as I want to make hot chocolate and bundle up by a fire, it's tracks like Cheat Codes "Follow You" that snap me out of the winter wallows and bring me back to a tropical delight. This pop oriented record features bright acoustic guitar, upbeat piano and energetic plucked synth melodies all bound together with infectiously cheery lyrics and melody. If this isn't the cure for the start of your cold weather weariness, then I don't know what is!
