Now that we are just a hand full of weeks away from SXSW - all my daytime is sucked away by answering emails, updating websites, soundcloud playlists, youtube playlists - I'm fucking social networking my life away! Because of this I am forced to hang out in the middle of the night and blog while having headphone dance parties. Speaking of SXSW - this young man Flume will be playing a few shows....really wish I could catch one, but I will have to wait for the San Francisco show. Chrome Sparks, someone I have been listening to quite a bit lately, has remixed Flume's single "Left Alone (Feat. Chet Faker)" - and this song just kills me! So for the rest of you out there who are having late night headphone dance parties - this one is for you!

CommentDan Croll is becoming one of my most favorite artists of 2013! I am loving everything he is doing, and his live shows are bananas! I have yet to actually get out to one - seeing as how he's from Liverpool UK. He'll be here in the states next month, but again I will be missing the live show due to SXSW scheduling and traveling - and he's not playing my SXSW party so..... boo hoo! Guess I'll have to stick to the youtube videos!

I just name dropped so many people I am surprised I can keep it straight! Whatever - it's 2 am and I just spent the evening show hopping from The Black Angels to Robert DeLong to The Neighbourhood, and I'm in the mood to dance so this is a perfect addition to my night!
