NEW VIDEO: THE CEREMONIES - LAND OF GATHERING

Aaaahhhhhhh.....another band of brothers!  I mean, can it get much better than this?? I am a sucker for siblings who make great music - and that is certainly happening here!  This week, Noisey premieres the newest video from The Ceremonies for "Land Of Gathering." The exuberant "Land of Gathering" is all soaring harmonies, airy synths, and bright horns set to an insistently chugging backbeat.  It's a blend of cinematic, melodic pop lushness, '80s New Wave nostalgia, and cutting-edge alternative rock aesthetics.

This is a great day for Beautiful Buzzz!  Not only did we find out that our besties Ghost Beach are going on tour with our beloved Chad Valley - but dammit if they didn't just post a Chad Valley remix of "Tear Us Apart" - AMAZING!  This Ghost Beach / Chad Valley tour does not come to the west coast (Chad Valley comes west on his own) - I am going to have to look into heading east for a show in April  - ohhhhh like Montreal perhaps!  Love that city!  Check tour dates HERE!   ​

This new EP from Los Angeles duo Hunter Hunted has been on repeat for two days now!  I will switch to something else, but then I am sucked back in again!  This is great indie pop - Los Angeles finally seems to be catching up with this new indie sound!  Stream the new Hunter Hunted EP above, and keep your eyes on this band - I call big things...HUGE!​

Dealing with all the SXSW madness I almost forgot about this very special day.....a day we here at Beautiful Buzzz have been counting down towards.....patiently waiting for the release of the year!  Who are we kidding, we have had the album for months - but now YOU can have it!  Gold Fields, our biggest Australian indie pop dance band crush have dropped their debut full length album Black Sun and this has made our day!  Mainly because we have been talking about it for months and FINALLY it's here in the world!  It really does not get better than this; it embodies everything that is cool and happening in indie dance music - with tribal beats and chanting lyrics it's impossible not to dance!  I'm dancing right now actually!

Black Sun premiered today on MTV where you can stream album from the player above.  You can pick up Black Sun HERE on iTunes - it will be the best thing you do all year!

NEW MUSIC: THE TROUBLE WITH TEMPLETON - SIX MONTHS IN A CAST

I am back in my happy place again!  Where's my happy place?  Any where and any time I am listening to Australian indie dance pop!  If you read this blog at all - you know we value our Australian indie dance pop like we value our vinyl collections....a lot!  The Trouble With Templeton have a new single released in the US called "Six Months In A Cast" and it's to die for!  You can stream it above, or even check out the super cool video below.  Really....the music coming from down under is pretty much the shit!  Turn off your top 40 radio and hear something new!    ​
