I am a huge fan of British boys in bands already, so this is a real treat for me! CommentI just took part in a Facebook conversation where old people (my age) were complaining about how there is no good new music, and no good new live bands - so I called them grandma and told them to wake up! There are so many amazing new live bands, and Strange Talk is a perfect example! Being a concert promoter, I think I have a pretty solid grasp on this subject, and Strange Talk have played a number of my shows in the past year... crushing it!! Total babes! I am so happy I don't sound like those people who are old haters, and that bands like Strange Talk are in my life! The sun is out, it's actually warm in the bay area, summer is almost here, and I am super excited about some upcoming shows we are about to announce! Dance party - all day! I have had a few super fun nights with this sweetheart of a music maker - New York based producer Bit Funk gave us a new remix of "7 Days In The Sun" by French band Nameless - and it's definitely setting the mood for the day! Bit Funk rules - everything he touches is bananas good!

CommentBOOM! Every time Goldroom releases remix I have a phenomenal day! Not only do I get to listen to his new remix of "Hurricane" by MS MR one million times today, but the super tropical vibey summertime beats can take me to my happy place - away from my computer and the stress of every day life. I am a slave to my job, which is what I love, and getting to work with dudes like Goldroom is the payoff! Just to prove my point - it is now 9:25 PM and I began writing this blog post at 10 AM, and guess what happened?? I got shit done while listening to this track over and over, answering two full pages of emails and confirming some pretty amazing shows! Goldroom just makes life better!
