When Luca Lush walked into our lives this year at SXSW - we knew we had found something very special! Since then our new homie has slayed the remix game, holy crap! Everything this kid touches turns to gold, and he's such a sweet genuine guy - we love Luca Lush! His latest remix is this fantastic spin on "Aurora Borealis" by Aussie legends The Griswolds -- filled with all the delicious future dance flavor we've come to expect .... listen and love! 

FELIX CARTAL - SOMETHING TO LIVE FOR (HALOGEN REMIX)

It's been really fun watching all the big moves these Atlanta boys have been making this year! One of our favorite new discoveries of 2015, Halogen have brought serious dance vibes into our world with one fantastic remix after another! They are taking things a bit deeper with their latest jam - and this version of "Something To Live For" by Felix Cartal is full of soulful grooves under dance floor fire! HAILEE STEINFELD - LOVE MYSELF (FAREOH REMIX)

It's a cold rainy day in LA, but Erin and I are here together rocking out and trying to get our Beautiful Buzzz SXSW showcase up and running! This Fareoh remix has been on repeat and we're both obsessed! Fareoh takes Hailee Steinfeld's luscious vocals and fire them up with mesmerizing plucks, thumping bass bobs and a pitched down vocal chop that combines into a hype, fun loving, and soon to be summer anthem. I know it's not even christmas yet, but the summer jams are already starting to appear and Fareoh has delivered with this one.

CHET PORTER - AWAKENING

Chet Porter kinda just made my day with this new track - it's stunning!  I am such a fan of work that crosses boundaries by not following the typical song structure. It can either be the best or the worst thing you've ever heard, but taking that chance is where the excitement comes into play!  Canadian producer Chet Porter just slayed his latest original "Awakening" in the best way possible, it's like walking through clouds hand and hand with the yellow Care Bear in the best dream of your life!  Filled with all our favorite future sounds and electro feels - loving this!! 

MAS YSA - ARROWS (LOVE THY BROTHER REMIX)

We've been talking about this Canadian duo Love Thy Brother so much this year - they've been killing the remix game with one fantastic track after another.  A friend from their hometown of Montreal actually turned me onto these legends and I have been hooked ever since.  This latest remix of "Arrows" by Mas Ysa is a delightful dance track with a shadowy melodies under indie pop vocals - they nail that darker sexy vibe in all the right ways!  You can grab this latest Love Thy Brother free remix HERE!  

[PREMIERE] INSTANT PARTY! & BREAUX - MOON OF PEJENG (TITUS REMIX)

This is so delicious tho!  Our next premiere comes from a young new hip-hop rapper out of New Jersey who has stuck that low end sound smack dab in the middle of our day!  Titus drops a sick remix/vocal edit of "Moon Of Pejeng" by Instant Party! & Breaux loaded with bulky bass beats and that dirty trap feel.... and the vocal is on point!  The next few months look pretty exciting for this emerging artist, and we'll be seeing many more exciting vocal edits and collabs from Titus that will cross over into our EDM world!  You can grab a free download HERE! 

[FEATURE] THE FLAVR BLUE - NEW KIND OF VIBE

I'm all about vibes. Throughout my life, I've always felt deeply connected with music: my first memories are listening to old funk and soul vinyl; I started going to live grunge rock shows on Capitol Hill from the age of seven on, and finally picked up the drums and started playing my own music when I was twelve. Music is universal: we've all experienced space and emotion change through the literal vibrations that music makes. 

As The Flavr Blue, we tend to write from our life at the moment, off the cuff. This song came about when we were in Los Angeles, both Parker and I taking a breather from and some perspective on what was happening with us personally at the time. Our friend Sebino, who is a senior engineer at the legendary Paramount Studios on Santa Monica Blvd in Hollywood, called us after a session and welcomed us to slide through late night. Walking into Paramount is like living history: countless platinum plaques on the walls, knowing that top tier artists are working in various rooms on any given night. Every song is a vibe, and this time the vibe was right. Two hours later, "New Kind of Vibe" was born with Sebino on co-production. 

So often we forget to consciously let go of the past, appreciate the current moment, and make space for what's to come. That's what "New Kind of Vibe" is all about. Hope you enjoy.

CEELO GREEN - MUSIC TO MY SOUL (NIKO THE KID REMIX)

The title of this jam definitely fits - 100% music to my soul!  Atlanta producer Niko the Kid hands us a delicious official remix of "Music To My Soul" by the legend Ceelo Green!  When you're working with such soulful vocals like this, it's hard to not to instantly feel the vibes! Niko the Kid flips this into a sick dance floor track with a deep funky groove - we love it!  Get into this one kids!

Introducing artists to the world is our most favorite pastime, and today we have something very shinny and unique that will bring massive vibes to your midweek playlist!  Olin Mosaic is a brand spanking new artist out of Australia - so yea you already know it's going to be great! Today we are psyched to premiere is first track ever called "Key" that is really something special.  He taps into that tropical electro dance sound and mixes it up with solid pop vocals and a super luscious R&B groove.  Feeling this one!  Expect to see more new tracks from Olin Mosaic in the coming months, he's got so much more to share!  You can grab this as a free download HERE!
