I actually thought I was going to find a bit of time to relax and take a breath after SXSW - but it's just not in the cards for me and this industry grind - and if you're on that grind with me you know how I feel! It was even hard for me to find the 5 minutes to put this track up! Lost Kings are on that grind too - music is just flying out of them, one great track after another - and currently crushing a huge tour and being super cute while doing it! Work! It's all we know, it's what we do! So this latest remix from my LA angels of "Work" by Rihanna is very reflective of our lives - 100% feeling this groove too! Lost Kings can do no wrong, they be on that boss swag! Work!

Lost Kings are our most favorite new addition to the Beautiful Buzzz fam - we are talking about them all the time and LOVE all the things they put into the world! Our boyfriends are back today with a new original "Marathon ft. Cosmos & Creature" which will be on their forthcoming The Good EP out March 11th.  This one is super delicious with sweet soulful vocals and bouncy melodies -- probably gonna have this one on repeat all day long! Last year I started chatting with this Los Angeles production duo Lost Kings - they began passing me tracks and talking about doing some BB premieres, and soon a fast friendship formed and now they are my loves! This next Buzzzmix Vol. 22 is our way of welcoming Lost Kings into the Beautiful Buzzz family and bringing you a taste of their infectious dance vibe that I guarantee will get you shakin your bootay! The guys said this mix runs the gambit of genres to create the ultimate 45 minute workout by first warming you up and then building into crazy dance vibes, to finally finish up off at the end! Ok lets get your weekend started a day early with this feel good BANGER by the homies Lost Kings! Future disco is my shit and I'm all about this track. It was rainy yesterday in LA, but it has slowly been creeping back into pool party spring time weather and tracks like this put me right into that frame of mind! The guys have amped up an already great track by Wild Culture into a guitar laden funky disco jam! Damn i'm just picking up everything Lost Kings are throwing down. The first two weeks of 2016 have been packed full of great music - honestly it's been hard to keep up! This is not a bad problem to have, and our homies Lost Kings are back again with their second remix of the year which is bananas good! This Los Angeles duo kinda crush the house music remix game - and this latest rework of "On My Way" by Cardiknox is drenched in super fun disco flavor that's hot hot hot fire! We are huge Cardiknox fans, they have played our SXSW party in the past and definitely happy about this remix! Lost Kings are not messing around, they're gonna own 2016!  Listen and love!

Los Angeles duo Lost Kings have given us the pleasure of premiering their first track of 2016 - and it's pure gold! These legends made our Ones To Watch In 2016 list, and they're kicking the year off strong with discolicious remix of "Me, Myself & I" by G-Eazy x Bebe Rexha.  Occasionally we know what we are talking about over here, and we see Lost Kings cushing this year with their solid funky big room dance vibe.  Stocking up millions of song plays and wooing industry, we're all watching Lost Kings .... and loving every minute of it!  You can swoop this bad boy as a free download HERE!

One thing I have always said is that I am definitely not a music journalist!  Beautiful Buzzz was created as an outlet where I can tell my friends about all the great music I come across - and over the past few years we've grown into a fun place where people can find new tracks and listen to my stories! This Best Of 2015 list is personal; it's a combination of tracks I loved and great moments I had working with the artists over the past year - whether it was through the blog, at one of my Beautiful Buzzz shows, or just a night out on the town!!  Enjoy!!

LOST KINGS - TOP 5 SUMMER JAMS

This Los Angeles duo is making some pretty big waves lately. We've seen Lost Kings everywhere it seems; dropping one delicious remix after another, and finally releasing their first ever original track "Bad ft. Jessame" a few weeks back that dominated the Hype Machine charts! Lost Kings got it goin' on! So when we were chatting the other day and I asked them to submit their Top 5 Summer Jams, I knew we were in for a real treat! They have selected some great tracks, so check it out!

Cosmo's Midnight - Walk With Me (ft. KUČKA)
We absolutely love this song, kind of stumbled upon it while we were doing some shopping and immediately stopped what we were doing to shazam it. Such a feel good record that has been on repeat.

Chvrches - Leave A Trace
They are one of our favorite bands right now, every track on their new album is great. It has been on repeat now for a while, her voice is insanely addicting.

ZHU x AlunaGeorge - Automatic
This track is just crazy good. Love Alunageorge and damnnnnn zhu sounds so good on this track when he comes in and starts singing.

Foals - Mountain AT My Gates
When I need a break from dance music, foals is one of my go tos. Mountain at my gates is one of my favorites off their new album.

Jessame - Lights
This kid is the future. So good, great writer, great dude. Can't wait to see what he starts coming out with.
