I've been slowly ramping up the intensity with my posts today, and I've got a heavy hitter right here from San Jose's MRVLZ (pronounced marvels in case you were wondering). "Her Name" is groovy beast with pumping synth stabs and a killer guitar-like synth solo after the first chorus. The vocal chops fit perfectly with the rhythm and synthwork intricately placed with ease. This is a fun record and I've grooving to it for a couple days now AND you can nab this as a free dl so hit it up!

CHOICE - A KING'S RESERVE
Music, Original MixCommentWe've been absolutely loving tracks that have been graced with Choice's royal vocals (Check out Tasty Treat's "Simple Things"), and now we're super pumped to help support his new sovereignly debut "A King's Reserve." The name reminds me of a robust scotch that goes down so smooth, which is much like this record. The dance chorus has a strong forward burn with synth stabs, vocal chops and hip hop percussion. The aftertaste is Choice's verses that go down quick and leave you feeling relaxed and yet ready to party. Released as a free download courtesy of the monarchal powers in the Hegemon collective you can nab this as a free download right here.
OFELIA K - BAD BOYS
Music, Original MixCommentOfelia K has just the most mesmerizing, mellifluous, and soothing voice. I could insert any number of flattering adjectives, but it's true! She's given us an endearing tune with "Bad Boys" light guitar and rhythm fill out the instrumental behind her well constructed lyricism explaining her constant dilemma with all these bad boys luring her close and holding her underwater. The record is a slow build eventually ramping up to be filled out with numerous background vocal parts and synth work before slowing back down again for the ending. This is a fantastic follow up to her incredible 'Plastic Flowers' EP and single "Cinco."
BRANDYN BURNETTE - WORSHIP
Music, Original MixCommentBrandyn Burnette is so dreamy! His voice tho ... swoon! Recently we have been loving all things he's involved with, and his progressive electro soul sound has got us hooked! Today he releases his next original track "Worship" full of whimsical melodies and all the right feels, I love it! Last weekend Brandyn Burnette and I crossed paths and we are so lame .... we didn't put two and two together and failed at the recognition game! We even had a brief 5 second conversation on the stage with Lost Kings! I figured it out the next day and we've since laughed about it! Next time! But y'all .... you need to get into this - swoop it on iTunes HERE!
[PREMIERE] PACES - 1993 (NO CHILL) (JACKLNDN REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentWhen our bestie JackLNDN drops a remix, we know it's going to groove harder than anything you've heard today! It's a bit unconventional to be premiering a new track in the early evening hours, but this one is so delicious we decided we couldn't wait until tomorrow! JackLNDN puts his signature disco house sound to "1993 (No Chill)" by Paces, and not gonna lie -- I can't wait to hear this in the club! This is the kind of track that brings so much fire you'll lose yourself on that dance floor! It's hard to believe this is the first premiere we have done for our awesome friend, considering we have supported everything he's put into the world for a minute now, and this one is bananas good! Swoop this bad boy from iTunes HERE!
MORGAN PAGE FT. ANGELIKA VEE - SAFE TILL TOMORROW (BEE'S KNEES REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentThe Bee's Knees boys are big on hugs - and it's a good thing because I have been known to give one or two pretty great hugs, so when we're together we do a whole bunch of hugging! And why not, everyone loves hugs! This new remix of "Safe Till Tomorrow ft. Angelika Vee" by Morgan Page makes me want to hug everyone with it's juicy disco beats and deep danceable groove ... feeling this one! Perfect for your summertime vibes, you can grab this one as a free download HERE!
WINGTIP - EVENTUALLY
Music, Original MixCommentThe past few days have been insanely busy and I've been having a hard time getting to all the things (Eric has been MIA) so I am on this one woman show tip. We're industry, we're making moves, we have no time to ourselves, and we work around the clock .... and my dog is pissed that I have not been paying enough attention to him ... and he's really the most important in life. If you feel anything like me right now and you are looking for a new electro dance track with chill vibes, then "Eventually" by New York producer Wingtip is just what we need. This is one of those tracks where one word says it all, with a synthy dance groove and beautiful airy vocals it will make any day seem better! You can grab this as a free download HERE!
DAFT PUNK - DOIN IT RIGHT (K?D REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentThere is a reason I have been talking nonstop about this young producer k?d - I like to think I know a thing or two about that good music - you know the real good stuff that maybe takes a few minutes to get to the world, and when the world finally catches up they freak out! This is it! K?d is it .... this is what I'm saying ... this is what I have been saying! I mean, when you take a song like "Doin It Right" by Daft Punk and CRUSH a remix like this ... it's time to get ready for greatness! Who's k?d tho? He's your favorite new future bass producer .... that's who! Grab a free download HERE!
