POWERS - SUNSHINE

OMG Powers tho.... so amazing! This LA/NY dance pop duo have a new single that will be the pop track of the summer - I just called it! Powers played our SXSW show this year, and it was one of the most fun moments from the entire week - my whole crew and I were out in the room taking a break from all work, and their agent as well as label peeps were there, and we were all dancing like silly fools! We first fell in love with Powers when they were featured on The Knocks break out track "Classic" and now they have completely crushed with their latest single "Sunshine" that is full of sun kissed summer vibes with funky dancy future bass feels - it's pop perfection! MARKUS SCHULZ - SUMMER DREAM (JAYCEEOH REMIX)

It's been a long day y'all - that final scramble to get shit done before everyone leaves town for the holiday weekend. I'm feeling frisky this evening - like I want to hit the club but don't want to put in the effort to get there .... you know that feeling. So, dance party at the home office it is! This Los Angeles producer is actually playing in San Francisco tonight - I wish I had more motivation to make my way down to the city because I'd love to see a Jayceeoh set and throw some trap arms! CRYWOLF - SLOW BURN (BRONZE WHALE REMIX)

Last week we released Buzzzmix Vol. 28 from this delicious Austin future bass duo Bronze Whale and they crushed! BLÄPDËLI - WRISTFULLA PROBLEMS

Let us introduce you to rising future bass producer BläpDëli with a chilled out cognac of a tune with "Wristfulla Problems." Put into a decanter and pour over ice, this record is classy future bass with a twist of gangsta.  Featuring bells, ambient backgrounds, vocal chops and cuts, thumping bass and bright saws, the track bites on the intake with a super smooth after taste. VICETONE - NEVADA (FEAT. COZI ZUEHLSDORFF)

Vicetone has been steadily becoming a household name over the last couple of years. Built on robust production and instantly catchy hooks, their new tune "Nevada" featuring the Disney Channel youngster Cozi Zuehlsdorff sweeps you off your feet from the second you hit play. The tune starts with childlike bells leading us through the first verse into the "hey ya's" that really got my attention. The timbre of Cozi's voice during that part somehow reminds me of an indigenous chant comparable to the soundtrack of Avatar (seriously lol). After the second verse the tune descends into a beautiful guitar and what sounds like harp breakdown that turns this record into something even more transcendental.  You can nab this on digital iTunes from Monstercat here.     

FATHERDUDE - NO COMPLAINTS

Arguably the hottest track off of Fatherdude's 'Balance EP' is this bouncy track "No Complaints". Featuring some seductive vocals from the Father himself, and a hot production by !llmind. It's so great to have Atlanta producer Popeska back in the mix! After a 2 year hiatus from the grind, this dance music legend is coming back strong, and I am psyched for this next premiere. Looks like I can't get enough of that Moving Castle flavor this morning - and I'm not mad about it in the least! I occasionally wish I had the chops to be part of the Moving Castle collective - it reminds me of when I was a kid and all I wanted to do was be part of Prince's New Power Generation -- the NPG was so cool!  Now as an adult the Moving Castle crew gives me the same kind of feels. I may not be able to drop awesome beats, but at least I can call them fam! AOBeats is a guy that can drop them awesome beats I get so bananas over, and today he released this super sultry remix of "Colors" by Michael Blume.
