We had to drive a 15 passenger van that had all the seats removed and was packed with 2 full backlines and a gigantic PA, as well as pull a trailer full of gear all the way to Austin for SXSW! Bananas! However, something that was pretty much on all sorts of repeat throughout the 30 hour journey was the Movements EP from one of our big Australian band crushes City Calm Down. We love this band in an very dirty way! So it's surprising that we did not see this new Zach Hayse of Melbourne duo '96 Bulls remix of "Sense Of Self" come up in City Calm Down's soundcloud feed, but I guess we can't catch everything. It's never too late to hear a great remix tho....dance party time!!
