KARMA FIELDS - YOU AND ME FT. LITTLE BOOTS EP

Recently I have been obsessed with this young artist Karma Fields. A friend of mine sent over some tracks and video clips a few months back - and I pretty much fell head over heals. Karma Fields has a vision, and it's pretty amazing!  His dark electro dance beats are oozing with ridiculous feels, I am 100% hooked. His live performance consists of a hexagon of visual mapping that turns into a 360 degree experience, it's beautifully nuts! Today he released a new EP with two delicious tracks that must be heard back to back!  We may or may not have some very cool news to tell you about Karma Fields next week ... you should check back in with us to find out.  Swooning!  

THE CHAINSMOKERS - YOU OWE ME (FAREOH REMIX)

In 2018, the world of music and art is in a state of a never-before-seen flux. Overalls are back, and Champion is officially "hypebeast;" with only 2 years until the roaring 20s, contemporary aesthetics are as distinguished as they've ever been. But groovy looks, and fresh new music reap dogmatic, and know-it-all-attitudes. One of EDMs most recognized names, despite their monumental success and fan-base, The Chainsmokers, are frequently criticized for lack of originality and dexterity. While the duo quite literally sets trends for the millennial generation, they can't seem escape the skeptical hive mind which surrounds their music. 

Fortunately, New York-based producer, Fareoh just flipped The Chainsmokers' "You Owe Me" into a more dynamic, distinguished piece. With a whopping 31 million plays on YouTube, "You Owe Me" is actually one of the lesser known tracks from the smokers, which ultimately allows Fareoh's signature cadences to revitalize a seemingly "mainstream" track. This flip accelerates the tempo of the original, creating a space of adrenaline and bliss. Radiating bouts of synth expand across the foundation of the single, creating a spacious ebb and flow. Here, a song originally made for radio plays and arena tours effortlessly became an individualistic creation, with an underground EDM aroma. Both emotional and dance-floor-ready, Fareoh is solidifying himself as one of the years' most proficient producers/mixers.  

SHAUN FRANK - ADDICTED (FT. VIOLET DAYS)

Thank god it's Friday! Another week put to rest, and another Friday afternoon blowing up with fresh new jams! Oh release day, how I love thee! Top of my list today is this new track from our boy Shaun Frank! How have we never done a show with this dreamy legend? I'm working on changing that real quick - you might be seeing his name on a BB show poster real soon! Haha! I digress ... holy mac! "Addicted (Ft. Violet Days)" is bananas good! Shaun has a fantastic way of combining those luscious bouncy pop beats with sexy dance floor feels, and the vocals from Violet Days are on point! I know this one will light up the club and cause everyone to make out with each other! DIFFERENT SLEEP - TAKE BACK

Here we all are again, Monday morning. I'm looking at an extremely long day, so I'm feeling some jams that are on the chill side, and our boy Different Sleep gets my vibe! This Chicago producer is about to drop a new LP Forget It on Jan 27 via FoF Music. "Take Back" is the last single from this LP, and it has all the dreamy vibes anyone could want. With light synthy melodies and original swirly vocals, Different Sleep gives us that feel good flavor for this mellow Monday morning!   

PEGBOARD NERDS & NGHTMRE - SUPERSTAR FT. KREWELLA (UNLIKE PLUTO REMIX)

Some mornings it's just easy to roll out of bed and have the perfect pick me up jam to enjoy with that first cup of coffee - and that totally just happened with this new Unlike Pluto remix of "Superstar ft. Krewella" by Pegboard Nerds & NGHTMRE. This Los Angeles producer never seems to let us down with his big sound and bouncy melodies, and he crushes this one with his boisterous dance flavor.
