Chicago has been quite a hub for emerging electronic music artists over the past few years, we have no shortage of very young and extremely talented producers making big moves in the midwest ... a far departure from our buzzing EDM capital Los Angeles.  Our next Buzzzmix features one of these fresh faces and he's coming out strong with this one ... damn son! Mielo is bringing big bass vibes and future feels - this is a beast of a mix that is guaranteed to get you bouncing around and throwing those feel good trap arms! Oh hi LA - can you be any cooler rn? Honestly fam - shit is lit! This city, and my home town, is churning out the cream of the crop when it comes to the next generation of uber creative and talented producers - can't stand on Hollywood Blvd. and swing a cat without hitting some fresh 20 something beats maker with colored hair! What a brilliant time to be alive, and in the industry. Our favorite little LA woman Mija teamed up with Vindata to make "Better" - a fantastic combination of future feels, hip-hop beats and feel good vibes! This one is all about family, friends, being good to each other, and having a blast while staying positive! Director Ryan Farber made a cool video to go along which you can peep HERE!

LIL HANK - DREAMING ABOUT CHEESE

Some people like to consider themselves top dog in the industry - but do you actually know the industry dog? Lil Hank has just dropped his first original track "Dreaming About Cheese" to celebrate his first birthday, and we're thinking his bite is just as big as his bark! Lil Hank is supported by the likes of Odesza, Mija and Cashmere Cat, and rumor has it will be making a secret appearance at Coachella in a few weeks! Don't let his soft fluffy white exterior fool you, his future glitchy beats are as smooth and sexy as they come! Grab a bone and get to know Lil Hank!

One thing I have always said is that I am definitely not a music journalist!  Beautiful Buzzz was created as an outlet where I can tell my friends about all the great music I come across - and over the past few years we've grown into a fun place where people can find new tracks and listen to my stories! This Best Of 2015 list is personal; it's a combination of tracks I loved and great moments I had working with the artists over the past year - whether it was through the blog, at one of my Beautiful Buzzz shows, or just a night out on the town!!  Enjoy!!
