SAINT WKND & MAX - SURVIVE (PLS&TY REMIX)

One month ago, SAINT WKND and MAX teamed up to bring to fruition their collaborative single, "Survive." While the original piece is a stand-out single on its own, Palm Beach-based PLS&TY took the track and ran with the wind on his "Survive" remix. The OG track is indefinitely more low fidelity, intentionally sending notes through a grainy filter to create a vintage electronic sound. While maintaining respect for the proprietors, PLS&TY shifted "Survive" into a colorful, kinetic masterpiece. Emitting colorful vibrations, and an exhilarating resonance, this particular treatment is distinct, outstanding. Each drop is a release of vivacity, bringing life each metaphysical note, making the intangible, tangible. Intense, yet approachable PLS&TY's flip of "Survive" is an animated, electronic anthem with zeal and vigor.

Yay Monday! It's not the usual day we release a Buzzzmix - but life can sometimes throw things off track - so we took a few extra days to get it right! We are psyched for this next one tho, because we ALL need that dirty disco vibe in our lives; a great way to kick off this first week of October! German producer Ferdinand Weber has handed us a deep house disco filled mix of pure joy that is guaranteed to take away your Monday blues. [PREMIERE] SAINT WKND X MIDWAY - SET IT OUT

Yess brand spanking new Saint WKND! We've been waiting for a new track from the German youngster and here it is! I had to do a little google search to find out more about Midway, what a find! I love it when DJ's dig up old cuts straight out of 1984 and breathe new life into them. Midway's soulful vocals soar above Saint WKND's grooving disco sounds leading to a driving drop full of funky piano like synths, and of course the amazing tropical steel drums! Primed to take on 2016 it sounds like Saint WKND's got even more up his sleeve with a new EP on the way soon. THE BEST OF 2015!

One thing I have always said is that I am definitely not a music journalist!  Beautiful Buzzz was created as an outlet where I can tell my friends about all the great music I come across - and over the past few years we've grown into a fun place where people can find new tracks and listen to my stories! This Best Of 2015 list is personal; it's a combination of tracks I loved and great moments I had working with the artists over the past year - whether it was through the blog, at one of my Beautiful Buzzz shows, or just a night out on the town!!  Enjoy!!

SAINT WKND - LOST (RUNAWAY) (N2N & AKKI REMIX)

Alright it's Tuesday and you know we've got some brand spankin' new music for ya! Today I'm supporting another amazing remix of Saint WKND's "Lost (Runaway)," this time Brooklyn's N2N and Sydney transplant AKKI have co-authored this deep take on the original. N2N recently released a killer remix of the Jackson 5's "ABC" which received so much attention it got signed by Universal for official release. Now to to "Lost (Runaway)" this tune glides along encapsulating INGLSH's haunting vocals in bind of piano, melodic synths and a deep bass. Today we've got another premiere for you from our homie Kiso! He's taken his smooth dance sensibilities to our main man Saint WKND's smash hit "Lost (Runaway) feat. INGLSH" that we had the pleasure of premiering back on September 4th! Kiso's remix features a fantasticly fluid guitar line that we've come to expect from his tracks pulled through a smooth bass and mellifulously arpeggiated synths. Kiso's having a great year so far winning the remix contest for Oliver Heldens' and Shaun Frank's "Shades of Grey" with fellow Chicago homies Win & Woo and his first original release on Ultra Music with "Hvar feat. Awwwww snap! I love waking up and seeing tracks like this in my email, and I especially love these two German producers .... like a lot! Today Fabich drops his remix of "Lost" by Saint WKND - a track we actually premiered back in August of this year! Fabich puts his light tropical deep house sound all over this one - I'm floating on cloud 9! Listen and love!

One of our favorite new producers this year is definitely Saint WKND!  This 20 year old legend has been serving up one delicious remix after another, filling our ears and hearts with sexy deep house vibes!  Our next premiere is his first solo release "Lost (Runaway) ft. INGLSH."  Yummy! Written from a personal experience through a breakup, he wrote the melody as if he wanted to make a song cry! This one drops via Spinnin Deep on September 4th! Swoon!

San Cisco. Argh. I think it was 2012 when I got my hands on their Awkward EP and I instantly fell in love with their sound. Now it’s 2015 and they released their newest EP called "Gracetown“ The whole EP is is a beautiful set of catchy vocals, guitar and drumming. But "Too much Time Together“ is my absolute favorite tune. Listening to it when I go Longboarding and the sound really makes the sun shine.
