CHET PORTER - TBH ILY

Chet Porter has been killing the vibes lately - he's putting out so much good music that we're swooning like a 12 year old girl at a New Kids On The Block concert (or, at least the 12 year old me).  Today he drops his new track "tbh ily" that is filled with that original Chet Porter sound we love, dreamy swirly melodies under future syncopated beats - he's got a style all his own!  We are also pretty happy to say that Chet Porter will be playing a BB show in the near future - details coming your way very soon!  This one comes via our besties at Moving Castle, and you can swoop it on iTunes HERE!

[PREMIERE] TUNDRAN - STILL AFRAID (AVENUE REMIX)

It's Friday morning and I expect today to be another wild music release day!  I'm not super into this whole industry switch to releasing music on Friday - I like Tuesday release day, I'm used to it! But, with everything in life, things evolve and change so I better get over it .... or I'll be left behind! At least we can kick things of with an amazing premiere from Canadian artist Avenue - and it's something pretty special!  He's handed us a beautiful remix of "Still Afraid" by Tundran that is something slightly different from what we usually feature - which is why we love this so much! The first 1/2 is a gorgeous ballad with mesmerizing melodies - and then drops into a fantastic 80's synth pop indie dance track that's to die for!  It very much has that glam rock feel of David Bowie mixed with the synth style of Com Truise -- absolutely stunning!  I love everything about this ..... everything! 

[PREMIERE] SIVIK - TIME

THIS!  So many feels here y'all!  Our next premiere is from electro pop legend SIVIK! He's single handedly bringing a serious sexy time groove to your afternoon - this one is swoon worthy!  His new single "Time" is packed full of soulful R&B vocals over synthy melodies, and SIVIK has  this to tell us --  "'Time' is a song about ex-lovers that remain friends...I'm sure there are many who can relate. I mean, I hope I'm not the only one! Even tho present day you may only be friends, there are those times when old feelings emerge and that spark may still linger on occasion. So basically this song is about giving into that moment again, going "back in time" to where the relationship was good. However, at the end of it all, thats it...we are just friends and better off that way. But damn sometimes it feels right!”

SOLIDISCO - GOLDEN FT. AM!R

I'm playing catch up this week, big time! I wish I had all the time in the world to post all the music I want to, but your girl is spread thin ... the struggle! However, this one cannot be overlooked because it's totally discolicious and we neeeeed discolicious in our world!  No strangers to BB - Solidisco drop a new original "Golden ft. JERRY FOLK x ELOQ - YOU KNOW

Recently we spent a day with Jerry Folk in San Francisco - he played his debut US show to a very receptive crowd with a heated set that had everyone shakin' their bootys!  We also did brunch the next day where we waited 1.5 hours for a table and bottomless mimosas! It was a great time, and he's now officially part of the Beautiful Buzzz fam! This Norwegian producer recently moved to Los Angeles to focus on work, which means we'll be getting more delicious tacks like this new one riiight here!  Jerry Folk teamed up with ELOQ and got all future feels on us with "You Know"  which dropped today via Next Wave!  We love Next Wave!!  You guys can grab this one as a free download HERE!  

BUZZZMIX VOL. 21 - STELOUSE

Just a few days ago I had the pleasure of finally meeting and hanging with StéLouse - he rolled into town to play a Super Bowl party that he actually ended up not playing - it's a long story! None the less we had a great night with a fancy dinner, told funny stories that made us giggle, and I impressed him with my aggressive female driving + parking!  We even made up a new StéLouse track all DJ Khaled style, and I'm telling you - it's gonna be a hit!  It seems like we've been talking about StéLouse quite a bit these days - because everything he puts down is bananas good, and he even made our Best Of 2015 list!  We just included this Denver producer in our Phase One artist announcement for our SXSW show Get Buzzzed, so this new Buzzzmix Vol. 21 has great timing!  StéLouse kept it short but super sweet - his song selection is so on point with all the future feels - so much fire!  Might even be some unreleased tracks mixed in there ..... oh snap!  And (yes it gets better) he's currently on a US tour that Beautiful Buzzz is supporting with the ultimate homie Prince Fox - and you can check to see if they are hitting your city HERE!  So many things, so much good, so much love!

JARREAU VANDAL - NOBODY ELSE [FT. BRASSTRACKS & NIYA WELLS] (PAT LOK REMIX)

What a great way to start my day! Pat Lok has been absolutely destroying it recently putting out gems with every track. Today he's given us an incredible remix of Jarreau Vandal's single "Nobody Else" featuring the lovely Niya Wells, and our favorite horny duo Brasstracks. True to form, Pat gives us a smokescreen of chill with atmospheric jazzy chords behind Niya's messed with vocals in the beginning leading us towards the chorus. With a breakdown of epicly groovy proportions, he samples in the Brasstracks horns with the vocal chops and synths with ease. This track is so funky and smooth, but I might say the outro is also worth mentioning. Pat lays down an incredible filtered piano line at the end that makes us feel like we're at home in a speakeasy lounge with a martini in hand. Phew so good you can get this track as a free DL here.

JASON DERULO - WANT TO WANT ME (UNLIKE PLUTO REMIX)

So around this time every year, I tend to do much more night blogging.  My days are slammed, and it's all because of this little big party thing I host at SXSW!  My life is totally taken over with those 4 letters .... so I promise I will do my best to keep up with all the BB things!  Like this - I die! A few weeks back I was chatting with an agent I regularly work with, and he was wanting me to book a show with Unlike Pluto!  I don't always know about every single artist in the world (how can anyone), and I didn't know much about this Atlanta producer at first mention. However, it took me about 2.5 seconds to 100% LOVE what I was hearing!  Today Unlike Pluto dropped a killer remix of "Want To Want Me" by Jason Derulo that is top notch indie dance awesomeness! Bringing the heat to the dance floor with future feels drops and Derulo's soulful vocals, Unlike Pluto murdered this one!  You need this in your life!   

[PREMIERE] SAINT WKND X MIDWAY - SET IT OUT

Yess brand spanking new Saint WKND! We've been waiting for a new track from the German youngster and here it is! I had to do a little google search to find out more about Midway, what a find! I love it when DJ's dig up old cuts straight out of 1984 and breathe new life into them. Midway's soulful vocals soar above Saint WKND's grooving disco sounds leading to a driving drop full of funky piano like synths, and of course the amazing tropical steel drums! Primed to take on 2016 it sounds like Saint WKND's got even more up his sleeve with a new EP on the way soon.
