COSMOS & CREATURE - BAD DRUG

Progressive pop duo, Cosmos & Creature just released their sophomore single, "Bad Drug." In their latest release, the twosome composed of Molly Moore and Brandyn Burnette use bad drugs as a metaphor for bad love. Despite the heartbreak vibe of the track, Molly and Brandon are actually an artistic super-couple. And although they are simultaneously pursuing solo-careers, their undivided project possesses a striking synergy. Cosmos & Creature take contemporary pop music and combine it with indie-electronic ingredients, resulting in a vibrant melting pop of unique reverberation. Good morning world. It's Monday and oddly I am feeling fabulous! Who knew Mondays could be so fun ... maybe it has something to do with all the great music I'm finding. New week .... new artist! We welcome LA based pop/urban producer Origami to our BB pages, and he's just released debut single "Red Eye" for our listening pleasure. With funky dance grooves and light soothing vocals, Origami delivers a pop infused dance track that we can all sink our teeth into. Forget about finding any information about this guy online - there's nothing .... which I kinda find frustrating but I'm over it because the track is fire! PLS&TY - Run Wild

I finally got to meet PLS&TY irl this past March when he crush his set at our SXSW show, and we had soooooo much fun! He'll always be a permanent part of the BB fam.... I just love this little muffin! Now this young LA producer is back with a new track "Run Wild" which I've had on repeat for the last 2 days. [PREMIERE] PHIILO - KEEP ON

Some songs grab you on the first listen and others take time to grow on you. For me, this new one by Phiilo definitely falls into the former category, and I’m excited to get to premiere it for you today. The Denver-based live electronic duo is starting to see some tangible success so far in the form of a recent sold-out show supporting Viceroy, a release with MrSuicideSheep that landed on the Spotify Viral charts, and upcoming releases via PRMD Records. 

Their latest “Keep On” is an uplifting soulful future bass groove with all original instrumentation and vocals. The soundscape created isn’t dissimilar from other live electronic acts killing the game now such as Lostboycrow, Opia, or Autograf. Jonny William’s soft weathered vocal trades the spotlight with funky guitar licks, thick synth chords, snappy percussion, and an array of other lush production elements courtesy of Nick Carruth. I’m bumping this one on repeat and I think you will be too after the first play through.

ASTRE - ROMANCE FEAT. AMELA

The Moving Castle collective resumes its dominating presence in the indie-electronic community with the release of Astre's single, "Romance" featuring Amela. Moving Castle houses chart topping producers like Jai Wolf, Chet Porter and Manila Killa. What is particularly unique about Moving Castle's 20 year old French musician, Astre, materializes in his artistic fluidity- he is both a producer and a filmmaker. His multi-faceted perspective and adaptable aesthetic is showcased through his latest single, "Romance." LAYNE - TOPICAL (SHUHANDZ REMIX)

This new remix from Shuhandz is absolute fire. Layne has been taking the LA indie rock scene by storm and was also doing work around the US recently opening for K.Flay on tour. I've heard rumors that she has a bunch of new music on the way as well, but lets get back to this remix. "Topical" is one of my favorite tracks of hers and Shuhandz has turned this emotional tune into an energetic deep house anthem.
