[PREMIERE] HEBINOMICHI VOL. 4

This year I have had the honor of getting to know a number of artists featured on this new comp from label and artists collective Hebinomichi. So when I was asked to premiere Vol. 4 on BB over all the other amazing outlets and great blogs in the world, I really felt like family. Each artist featured on Vol. 4 is so brilliant and making some of the most forward thinking and hands down kick ass future bass jams - you guys are not ready for all this greatness! CHOICE - A KING'S RESERVE

We've been absolutely loving tracks that have been graced with Choice's royal vocals (Check out Tasty Treat's "Simple Things"), and now we're super pumped to help support his new sovereignly debut "A King's Reserve." The name reminds me of a robust scotch that goes down so smooth, which is much like this record. The dance chorus has a strong forward burn with synth stabs, vocal chops and hip hop percussion. The aftertaste is Choice's verses that go down quick and leave you feeling relaxed and yet ready to party. OFELIA K - BAD BOYS

Ofelia K has just the most mesmerizing, mellifluous, and soothing voice. I could insert any number of flattering adjectives, but it's true! She's given us an endearing tune with "Bad Boys" light guitar and rhythm fill out the instrumental behind her well constructed lyricism explaining her constant dilemma with all these bad boys luring her close and holding her underwater. The record is a slow build eventually ramping up to be filled out with numerous background vocal parts and synth work before slowing back down again for the ending. This is a fantastic follow up to her incredible 'Plastic Flowers' EP and single "Cinco." 

BRANDYN BURNETTE - WORSHIP

Brandyn Burnette is so dreamy! His voice tho ... swoon! Recently we have been loving all things he's involved with, and his progressive electro soul sound has got us hooked! Today he releases his next original track "Worship" full of whimsical melodies and all the right feels, I love it! Last weekend Brandyn Burnette and I crossed paths and we are so lame .... we didn't put two and two together and failed at the recognition game!  We even had a brief 5 second conversation on the stage with Lost Kings! I figured it out the next day and we've since laughed about it! Next time! But y'all .... you need to get into this - swoop it on iTunes HERE!

WINGTIP - EVENTUALLY

The past few days have been insanely busy and I've been having a hard time getting to all the things (Eric has been MIA) so I am on this one woman show tip. We're industry, we're making moves, we have no time to ourselves, and we work around the clock .... and my dog is pissed that I have not been paying enough attention to him ... and he's really the most important in life. If you feel anything like me right now and you are looking for a new electro dance track with chill vibes, then "Eventually" by New York producer Wingtip is just what we need.  This is one of those tracks where one word says it all, with a synthy dance groove and beautiful airy vocals it will make any day seem better! JENAUX - GET IT ON

New York producer Jenaux is becoming one of my fave people to chat with over the facebooks, because we actually talk about everyday life stuff and laugh at how ridiculous is all is! We also run with the same circle of friends so we get to talk about how ridiculous they are as well, and how much we love them! I think the best part about working in this stupid industry is the people you meet and the friends you make - they're like none other; a special breed of human who has a stupid high tolerance for pain and abuse that this industry can bring, and we just bond instantly! That's Jenaux - he's pretty great, and holy mack he makes amazing music to boot! This new original "Get It On" is his first original track in close to a year, and he's coming back strong with French electro Justice like vibes over dance floor disco beats crossed with future bass feels ... he brought the fire! PARTY THIEVES - BADD

I'll never understand how some people can get up every day before 9am ... by choice .... and actually like it! I'm up early today because WERK and there is only one way I'm getting through these early morning hours ... and that's to throw my trap arms! New York producer Party Thieves dropped this siiick new track yesterday and yep ... currently throwing my trap arms! It's was all over the interwebs yesterday about Flosstradamus launching their new label Hi Def Youth, kicking things off with this new Party Thieves single "BADD" with a debut Undrafted EP to be released on 5/13. I mean ... I'm impressed. Get your dose of bass this morning with Party Thieves and throw your trap arms too, it will be the most fun you have all day!  

[PREMIERE] ORION - GOLD DUST FT. CAMMIE ROBINSON

This is such a great week for brand new music, I have been beyond happy with all the fresh new artists dropping the best tracks - our scene is alive and thriving! I'd also like to mention how this little fam we are creating here, is really something special - and I am so honored to be a part of it all! Enter my new besties at Spacegang Records who have just handed us this next premiere! California producer ORION takes my breath away with his beautiful new electro pop masterpiece "Gold Dust" that has me feeling some kind of way! With swirly synthed out future beats over dreamy vocals by Cammie Robinson, this track gives so many feels I am totally swooning! WILDCAT! WILDCAT! - RELENTLESS (FEAT. WYNNE)

We've been keeping tabs on Wildcat! Wildcat! for quite some time. Our first dedicated post involving these guys was all the way back in 2012! Four years can fly, oh and speaking of flying, this new record of theirs, "Relentless (feat. Wynne)" is gonna fly up the hype machine charts quicker than a fly escapes a swat (ha ha...I'm well aware of my cheesiness...stay with me!). The band took most of 2015 off to work on their upcoming releases and man has it paid off. "Relentless" is a bobbing indie electronic tune with guitars, driven bass, deep sub, a slick rap verse from newcomer Wynne, and a killer chorus hook that I can't get out of my head. Wildcat! Wildcat! has already released a pair of excellent releases this year check out "Straight To the Top", but "Relentless" is my favorite so far. I'm excited to see what the rest of 2016 has in store.
