ELEPHANTE - CATCHING ON (FEAT. NEVVE)

I'm back! After about a two week hiatus from moving and getting my life together I'm back among the land of the blogging! Getting you stoked for an awesome summer weekend, the man Elephante has released a sumptuous new ditty featuring the lovely vocals of Nevve. Starting with eclectic marimba type sounds the track builds into a wobbly drop that grooves like a wall full of acoustic foam (google it ha ha). This is another fantastic pop single from the Phante camp that is sure to have a slew of amazing remixes to follow. DENA AMY - WAIT FOR YOU

I have some pretty great relationships with a number of artists agents I work with - and once in a while they introduce me to something v cool that was not yet on my radar. Dena Amy's US agent did just that a few months back - and usually when he tells me to check something out I will - he has impeccable taste. Now I am kinda girl crushing over this Australian actress and DJ, and even booked her for one of my San Francisco pool parties next month on her summer US tour! "Wait For You" is her first original single - and her vocals are so dreamy I can't even -- she was featured on the latest Rufus album and played the Coachella DoLab stage this year. so Dena Amy is off to a good start! Her DJ set's are fire, and I've got two of them coming your way bi-coastal style, so if you are in SF or NY come on out!

I used to take offence when people talked smack about LA - that's my home town and it raised me right! But now, after living in NorCal for the past few years I can sometimes see the silliness that is LA, and it's still brilliant in my eyes! Finally! Our Canadian boyfriends Love Thy Brother just released their first original and it's huge! This brother duo has been handing us some of the most delicious remixes over the past year, and they crushed their live set suppoetring Gryffin this past spring on this first sold out US tour. Bananas good! We've been waiting for their debut original with bated breath. "Love Me Better ft. GLADKILL - HIGHER

Oakland producer Gladkill has dropped the most chill heat of the week, and this one has all the sexy time feels! Thick R&B grooves under future beats and sensuous bass "Higher" is next level chill and I am loving it! Gladkill's upcoming full-length album is coming out in September, and he's hinted that there is a ton of new music to share before then ... yes please! Listen and feel the vibe!

I think I just fell in love - again! A few months back we featured this Los Angeles electro pop artists debut single "Lit" that we swooned over! Today DENM is following up holding his trump card, and all I can say is he's bring the heat!
