LMBO - DYSPHORIA

Manipulating an accurately self-proclaimed genre of vibes, LMBO strikes once again with their original track, “Dysphoria.” The twosome carries the burden of collaborating cross-country, while one member hustles in New Orleans, Louisiana and the other is a prominent member of the Michigan music scene. Despite the distance, the duo is equally as formidable as outfits who work closely together. Their latest release is a striking piece- gentle, yet simultaneously brooding and saturated with a fluid rhythm. Gentle melodies complement a breathy, house-oriented cadence that cascade upon crisp, full-bodied vocal chord progressions. This framework of cross-genre fixtures work not only as a musical piece, but a proper work of art. "Dysphoria” is set to be a breakout single for the ever-so-unique LMBO, fossilizing their imprint as one of the most exciting acts to watch this year.

AOBEATS - PILOT MIXTAPE

It's pretty safe to say that Moving Castle founder AOBeats just won over our hearts here at Beautiful Buzzz with his latest project, an 11-track mixtape titled "Pilot." Featuring Moving Castle comrades like Manila Killa, Robokid, and Sakima, AOBeats also enlisted an assortment of other talented names such as Mark Johns, Satica and many more to help bring his musical vision to life. "Pilot" is much more than what we bargained for when we heard AO was dropping a mixtape. Pulling a spectrum of elements from genres such as pop, electronic, hip-hop and trap, each track is just as ear-pleasing and addicting as the next. Major props to everyone involved in this project, as it's by far, one of AOBeats' most incredible yet. With music that sounds this good, you can find me sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation for what else is to come from him.

[PREMIERE] NØLL - ANYMORE FEAT. AIDAN JAMES

Texas’ genre-defying mystic nøll just revealed his digitally enchanting single, “anymore” featuring Aidan James. The first single to release from his debut EP, “anymore” is a dynamic labyrinth of notes and bars working together to cast spells on its listener. Vague trap samples glide atop a down-tempo r&b production, where classically digital electronic music expels outward. The lyricism in “anymore” is defined by a robust vocal ebb and flow, flickering with passion and seductive allusiveness. The future is bright for nøll- “anymore” stands as a palpable  testament that music is nothing short of a calling for this young taste-maker. Experimental and approachable- it’s one you need to feel.

"As a producer, it’s always a struggle to decide what you want “your sound” to be. I’ve decided that the only way to derive that authentically is to base it off what YOU think sounds good. Around this time last year, I became obsessed with acoustic guitar sounds. I knew Aidan, who does cool looping things with the ukulele, and sent him a beat based around this one guitar riff. We both bonded over that organic mix of percussion and live guitar. After he sent me the vocal, I knew I wanted to build an atmosphere that fit the somber vibe. To achieve that, I played around with different foley and glitch samples to build a sonic landscape. I always wanted to juxtapose an experimental soundscape with layered harmonies. For the vocals, I wanted it to seem very much like an internal mental struggle with oneself; much like listening to a devil and an angel over your shoulder." - nøll

NVDES - LOUI

Did y'all catch that iPhone X commercial (HERE) recently that featured that dope NVDES track? I don't think you could have missed it! This Los Angeles electro pop legend is making huge waves, and we've know about him for years. 1/2 of that rad dance pop outfit Ghost Beach and our old time friend, NVDES is bringing his new vibe to the table and we're all about it! The homies! Autograf is one of our faves and we love talking about them all the time. They have a new track dropping today that is so D-lish I've been playing it over and over for all the feels! "Dead Soon ft. Lils & Bonsai Mammal" has a fantastic melodic bass vibe with angelic vocals and future beats that will please anyone's eardrums! Yay! NIGHTSEASON - NOTHING CALMS MY MIND

Choosing a debut single as a brand new act is probably one of the most difficult decisions in an artist’s career. It’s the first impression, and you never get a second chance at it. Automatically and instantaneously you’re defining your sound and crossing your fingers in hopes that listeners have a meaningful reaction. Nightseason’s “Nothing Calms My Mind” is one of the more exciting and inventive debuts in recent memory, and it feels like this group already has a very developed idea of what their “sound” is.

Somewhere between the alternative/indie rock of bands like Kings of Leon and Sir Sly and the left of center pop stylings of groups like Electric Guest and Alt J, this new duo composed of drummer/producer Patrick Zeinali and singer/guitarist Jordan Caiola has come together as Nightseason to craft innovative yet infectious music. “Nothing Ever Calms My Mind”, which was released Friday by artist-friendly curation platform and label Noon Pacific, has already caught the attention of key industry tastemakers such as Hillydilly and landed on Spotify’s New Alternative playlist. An honest and introspective tune featuring Caiola’s gritty, mature vocal prowess and Zeinali’s slow-burning, forward-thinking production, it’s nothing short of an impressive first offering. What's more impressive is these dudes met over the internet and made an entire EP together over email while across the country from each other. We're eager to hear that EP and can only hope for more Nightseason soon in the weeks and months to come!

RESTLESS MODERN - THE DEEP END

Chicago's indie electronic producer, Restless Modern  is back with "The Deep End," a striking and formidable indie-electronic track. What sounds like a full-piece band, is actually one multi-talented musician with the dexterity of four artists. In his latest release, "Deep End" we hear acoustic guitar synced with down-tempo, ethereal production. Placid and intellectual, this piece is window pane music as it showcases moments of raw indie-alternative resonance and romantically brooding vocals. This silly little blog has opened thousands of doors for many of us in the industry over the past 5 years, and my BB team who dedicate their time and energy to posting the best new music in the dance music and indie pop scene are also directly involved in making that music a reality. Some of our staff look after these featured artists, and its pretty thrilling to watch them come up together. This latest track "Trails ft. BRONZE WHALE - WARM

Having already dominated their local music scene, Austin-based duo Bronze Whale is back with a daring new sound set to enlighten the masses. Rightfully titled, "Warm" their latest release features never-before-heard vocals from co-producer, Benny Alley. As a long-time advocate of the twosome, I feel confident in preaching that "Warm" is a breakthrough single saturated with individuality. Following no particular formula, this piece is novel, yet familiar. A potent feel-good energy is expelled from rising and fleeting sentiments composed of both up, and down-tempo production. Every single note, from the bass line to its intoxicating samples is poignantly clear. While the crux of the track is optimistic, there is a sense of unparalleled sentiment that tugs on the heart strings. The audible mantra showcased in "Warm" is daring, new, and takes us to a place outside of the mainstream. It's whispering touch is thunderous, lasting.
