NOAH CYRUS FT. XXXTENTACION - AGAIN (KHAMSIN REMIX)

An unsuspecting collaboration indeed, Miley Cyrus' little sister, Noah teamed up with the controversial, highly-talked-about rapper, XXXTENTACION to drop their track, "Again." This unlikely duo's resonance traversed the world to inspire French producer Khamsin to bless "Again" with a near-experimental, glitch-dance treatment. Electrifying, and left-of-center, Khamsin is not one to fade into fads, destined to leave a lasting legacy in the electronic music community, he continuously expands his dexterity and taste into uncharted territory. This flip has spooky aromas, and witchy vibes capitalizing on Cyrus' melancholic vocals. Dark, brooding, and bold Khamsin is setting new standards for music. Volume up. Bass up. Repeat. HALSEY - BAD AT LOVE (AUTOGRAF REMIX)

Autograf has been on a roll from their hit originals “Nobody Knows” “Simple” and “You Might Be” to their stunning remixes for Clean Bandit, Lukas Graham, and Juke Ross, the trio can’t be stopped! And now they just so happen to remix one of my favorite artists/biggest girl crush Halsey for her single “Bad At Love”. I’ll admit I was a little hesitant at first, because it’s the worst when a song you really like gets a remix and it just doesn’t feel right…but that is not the case here. Autograf somehow manages to capture the emotion and soul from the song but gives it a totally new vibe. With crunchy synths, trap style drums, and Halsey’s buttery voice floating on the top it is the ultimate combination. It's so awesome that it will have you both singing along and doing weird dance moves in your car so everyone will wonder what fire your dropping from the driver seat. 

LISTENBEE - CHILDREN FT. COSMOS & CREATURE (ATTOM REMIX)

Following the success of his Cosmos & Creature assisted single “Children”, Listenbee has returned with an official remix in tow. Supported everywhere from MrSuicideSheep to Hardwell’s Off The Record on Sirius XM and reaching #1 on Hype Machine, the original was a genuinely jubilant cut with a carefree ethos. Thus it makes sense he’s tapped Attom - whose remix credits include Steve Aoki and Bishop Briggs - for a flip that maintains the youthful energy of “Children” while serving a breezy, chilled out vibe to perfection.

SAINT WKND & MAX - SURVIVE (PLS&TY REMIX)

One month ago, SAINT WKND and MAX teamed up to bring to fruition their collaborative single, "Survive." While the original piece is a stand-out single on its own, Palm Beach-based PLS&TY took the track and ran with the wind on his "Survive" remix. The OG track is indefinitely more low fidelity, intentionally sending notes through a grainy filter to create a vintage electronic sound. While maintaining respect for the proprietors, PLS&TY shifted "Survive" into a colorful, kinetic masterpiece. Emitting colorful vibrations, and an exhilarating resonance, this particular treatment is distinct, outstanding. Each drop is a release of vivacity, bringing life each metaphysical note, making the intangible, tangible. Intense, yet approachable PLS&TY's flip of "Survive" is an animated, electronic anthem with zeal and vigor.

BUZZZMIX VOL. 43 - JULIUS JETSON

It’s been a little over a year since Julius Jetson released his last mix, and a lot has happened in that time. He started a record label back in June called Ghetto Ghetto, and he's been slowly building up a catalog of darker house tracks that they plan to release over the next year. BLACKBEAR - DO RE MI (PRINCE FOX REMIX)

We all know Prince Fox is legit. He's been dropping sick tracks and making people shake hella ass at our parties over the past few years, and we just love him to death. Today he releases another rad remix, putting his future feels flavor all over "Do Re Mi" by blackbear. Prince Fox can do no wrong in my eyes, some may say I am bias ... but for real this kid has been making some of the most exciting moves and producing some of my favorite tracks, all while being the greatest person on the planet and loving little ol' me all the while.  He's special, and this remix is fire, and all y'all need this in your life riiiight now!

EMBER ISLAND - UMBRELLA (THE WHITE PANDA REMIX)

The White Panda has been busy! Over the past month they have dropped 3 really great remixes that have shown us a fresh new side to this dynamic duo. Combining that great White Panda party sound with future bass vibes, they flip Ember Islands cover of "Umbrella" into a massive dance floor hit!  These vocals tho .... so awesome!  I can't wait to check out their upcoming show in San Francisco next weekend - they'll be playing at Mezzanine on Sept. 30 so if your in the bay area you need to come out and do some dancin! LANA DEL REY & THE WEEKND - LUST FOR LIFE (VALENTINE & ROB ARAUJO REMIX)

I have one rule- don't remix Zeppelin. Anyone, and anything else is up for grabs, but that doesn't mean it's an easy feat. For example, America's ultimate sad girl, Lana Del Rey...not easy to flip. Her charmingly smoky vocals, and avant-garde depression- it works. But Moving Castle's Valentine, and multi-instrumentalist Rob Araujo tackled a Lana remix with a swift swagger. The original track, "Lust For Life" featuring The Weeknd just got a chrome makeover, and a taste of the future. Light up your square, Lana, it's impressive. The co-remix heeds elements of future bass, glitch funk, and uses bouncy production to hollow out a landscape for Lana, and The Weeknd's grammy award winning vocals to continue to shine. This track goes up, down, and side to side yet remains strictly, and intentionally composed. This "Lust For Life" remix is far out enough to be the future of indie-electronic, and approachable enough to remind you of the most witchy woman in the game right now.
