It's time to put on your true rock-n-roll dancin shoes, because look out midwest, Free Energy are comin' your way!! Every once in a while my midwest rock roots come out - I was not always on the best coast hanging out with hipsters and listening to electro dance music - and sometimes I just want to hear a massive amount of cowbell! Well....look no farther, because it's right here with this band.
Coming from Philadelipha, PA - Free Energy deliver blistering rock anthems with, yes kids, plenty of cowbell. "Blistering rock anthems" may be a bit much, but I can get carried away when I get rocked really hard! They played my SXSW showcase this year back in March and were awesome - and super sweet guys to boot!
New music coming from them soon - they have announced a new album called Love Sign, and have offered a free download of "Electric Fever" for your listening pleasure! If you are in the Midwest next week, totally go out and get rocked!!
