OSHI - VACANT

Oshi snuck this one in there last night ... surprise! Like we wouldn't see this or something! This young London producer is something quite special - and his set at our SXSW show last month (see photo below) was awesome! We also got to talk some shit and giggle together, oh the drama! Sweet little angel, this kid is the next thing ... calling it! Oshi's new track Vacant is filled with all the future goodness .... swooning!!  

PHOEBE RYAN - CHRONIC (THE KNOCKS HIGH IN HARAJUKU REMIX)

Why do I fall in love with every boy that I meet? Phoebe Ryan has figured it out, and her track "Chronic" answers all those "why" questions when we are overthinking everything about that one boy ... drugs! Throw in a few boys like The Knocks and their funky dance flavor, and you have one hell of a remix that is just as addictive as the boy! Everything The Knocks touch is rad - and I'll be keeping this one oe repeat alllll day! 

KRNE - I'LL BE GOOD

It's always cool to see a young producer from your home town start to make big moves - and KRNE is about to blow the f up! We've been onto him for sometime now - listening to his sweet sweet bassy jams and catching a show or two! This bay area legend is all the industry buzz lately and we love it! His latest single "I'll Be God" just dropped via Fool's Gold Records, and this one has a deep funky groove that is delightful and new - KRNE knows how to keep us on our toes and delivers feels on the dance floor! Seeing as how it's Super Bowl Sunday and most people will be participating in game day activities, it may be quite on the internets today.  I however, have no desire to do that sports thing and I'm way more interested in listening to scrumptious electro pop and telling you guys about it - and I know there will be some of you out there who feel the same way!  What are sports anyway? Please meet UK pop princess Annabel Jones!  This week she released her first track of 2016 "IOU" that we are 100% loving.  She's one of those uber cool female pop artists who deliver quality grounded music  - there's no bubblegum here kids!  Her gentle vocals cleanly cut through deep electro beats soaked in sexy dance vibes.  So good!  You guys can swoop this on iTunes HERE! 

CRUELS - TOP 5 SUMMER JAMS

It's about time the whole world meets Cruels! I've known this legend for years from other projects he's worked on, and I have to say his latest reincarnation into Cruels just might be my favorite! I've always had mad respect tho, his bay area band was quite popular and I have even been known to say, "that guy is the real genius" - which he probably doesn't know about, but now I guess I've just given away all my secrets! The proof is right here kids - his debut track "Give It Up ft. Salt Ashes" is pretty amazing, a perfect combination of indie house beats with some dance pop feels - it's very chic! He also just told me about some very exciting future tracks featuring some pretty amazing artists we all know and love, so better keep your eyes and ears on this one! I asked Crules to share his Top 5 Summer Jams which includes his track, well done sir! Cruels - Give It Up ft. Salt Ashes
I basically picked this one because, A. It's my first release as a solo artist and B. I like it. :)  Salt Ashes was amazing to work with and she's quite the gift of the track. Two parts tropical house, One part UK garage.

Ren Phillips - Comfort In Your Company ft. Cameron Bloomfield
Love when someone properly chops a vocal sample. This beat has a very "Peaches N' Cream" 1996 shuffle that I love that morphs into an almost Reggaeton/Garage cadence. Also, Cameron Bloomfields voice will make you melt into a steaming puddle.

DIGY - Tragedy ft. KIRSCH
This is some smooth dark RnB. It's perfect example of how it should be done. Slow and pumping. Distant pig-squeel guitars. Take note Weeknd.

Archy Stranger - Fundamentalism
I just heard this the other day and was taken back how lovely the vocals are and how well a vocal sample for the chorus hits. Heavy bruhhhh.

Brayton Bowman - Real
This song is almost like if Michael Buble did new modern music with Cashmere Cat.  I love it's throttle-voiced, snare upbeat, fast hi hat shuffles. The vocal edited is great and sits nicely without getting too annoying. Turn this jam on when you wanna clean your house in UK style.

MØ - KAMIKAZE

MØ + Diplo - they do it again! what a great combination! MØ released her new single "Kamikaze" that she and Diplo worked on together - and yea, of course it's great!
