Wheathin has been one of our favorite new artists of 2016 so far! This kid is crushing! Being all of 17 I think, and totally great, he joins that fresh batch of shiny new producers who will be destroying main stages in the next few years! Obviously when our #1 drops a new remix - we get all crazy excited and want to turn that volume knob all the way to the right! Le Youth has put his signature sound to "Heading Home" by Gryffin, and it's 100% fire! What I am really loving is this future beats flavor emerging from Le Youth for the first time. Mixing those vibes in with his 90's R&B sounds is everything! Our bestie can do no wrong .... everything he touches turns to gold! I'm surprised about how chill my day has turned out to be! I'm feeling super good about all things and really kind-of enjoying this relaxed vibe! What a perfect time to check out some serious groove from Justin Jay & Friends. This deep house producer and Dirtybird player has been getting together with his buddies, making some really amazing dance pop tracks which we are loving! "Let Go ft. It's going be a busy day - so many new releases to sort through! Sometimes I can get lost in it all. Friday's like today can be overwhelming for a small indie blog like BB, so I just try to focus in on the best of what the day has to offer! Speaking of the best - our boy Unlike Pluto is back with a scorching new dance track "Searching for You ft. Karra & Eric Zayne" that's got me dancing all over the office. The vocals are bananas good, mix that in with big beats and synthy rhythms we've got one hell of a club hit! Unlike Pluto is crushing 2016! Get into this one kids!

Los Angeles has become the breeding ground for the "it" producers - the scene down there is such fire ... it's like a future bass candy land! I'm all about it - it is after all my hometown, and I get to bring all that deliciousness up to the bay without dealing with LA elements ... like traffic! This fantastic duo right here has been placed on our radar lately, and ARMNHMR have delivered a siiick remix of "Inside Out" by The Chainsmokers. Feels, feels and more feels! CAVALIER - STARING AT THE SUNSET (FEAT. EZRA)

Ohh all of the chills for this new Cavalier record "Staring At the Sunset (feat. EZRA)." We had the pleasure of hosting Cavalier at our SXSW showcase and had the greatest of times with this young up and coming producer. Just flow into this record with lots of eclectic world sounds. Harp + Pan Flute + Jazzy Piano + Synthy wobbles = world bass goodness. Ha ha see what I did there? The sub bass just grooves and puts you into a state of trance encapsulated by all the honey-esque melodic pampering wrapped around it. Plus you gotta love the free DL yummy goodness here.

MONOPOL - HAUNTING

Let us introduce you to Monopol the new solo project for G-Eazy producer Christoph Andersson. Tossing in the towel for hip hop, Chris has switched to electro-pop with ease. If you haven't heard his first release "Somebody That I'll Never Be," you should definitely check that one out. "Haunting" is an energetic record with guitars, bell like synths and groovy synth bass that fluidly sweeps us along. Monopol's vocal hooks keep us high and light despite the heavier lyricism. "Haunting" comes with the release of his self titled EP with some other really great tracks as well (available on iTunes here). Be on the lookout for many more good things to come from this camp!
