THE CHAINSMOKERS - YOU OWE ME (FAREOH REMIX)

Music, RemixAlli LindseyComment

In 2018, the world of music and art is in a state of a never-before-seen flux. Overalls are back, and Champion is officially "hypebeast;" with only 2 years until the roaring 20s, contemporary aesthetics are as distinguished as they've ever been. But groovy looks, and fresh new music reap dogmatic, and know-it-all-attitudes. One of EDMs most recognized names, despite their monumental success and fan-base, The Chainsmokers, are frequently criticized for lack of originality and dexterity. While the duo quite literally sets trends for the millennial generation, they can't seem escape the skeptical hive mind which surrounds their music.

Fortunately, New York-based producer, Fareoh just flipped The Chainsmokers' "You Owe Me" into a more dynamic, distinguished piece. With a whopping 31 million plays on YouTube, "You Owe Me" is actually one of the lesser known tracks from the smokers, which ultimately allows Fareoh's signature cadences to revitalize a seemingly "mainstream" track. This flip accelerates the tempo of the original, creating a space of adrenaline and bliss. Radiating bouts of synth expand across the foundation of the single, creating a spacious ebb and flow. Here, a song originally made for radio plays and arena tours effortlessly became an individualistic creation, with an underground EDM aroma. Both emotional and dance-floor-ready, Fareoh is solidifying himself as one of the years' most proficient producers/mixers.

[PREMIERE] FAREOH FEAT. LILIANNA WILDE - FAMOUS

Music, PREMIERE, Original MixAlli LindseyComment

In an enchanting collaboration, New York's progressive electronic producer Fareoh and singer-songwriter Lilianna Wilde teamed up to unveil "Famous," an intellectual future-bass psalm. Fareoh takes off with a soft, near rustic, electro-pop beat that illuminates Wilde's crystal clear vocals. As the track continues to unfold, passion ensues as geometric sounds oscillate Wilde's emotionally demanding verses."Famous" manipulates tunnel vision echoes, and seamlessly combines future-bas, electro-pop, and future-trap. Marinated in soul, and punctuated by illustrious intellect, "Famous" is both humbling, and grand- watch this space

FAREOH - ILLEGAL (FEAT. KATELYN TARVER)

Fareoh's back and in a big way! Not that he was ever gone. We've been big supporters of the NY producer for some time now. His big, inspiring melodic productions are the kind of tracks you blast in the car, but could definitely still get down to on the dance floor. This latest banger "Illegal" with Katelyn Tarver is pure pop-electro pleasure. Playful yet sophisticated production, catchy songwriting, and just a great overall positive vibe. You might even catch me shamelessly fist bumping to this one driving down the 405. Listen above and grab it for yourself HERE.

BIG GRAMS & SKRILLEX - DRUM MACHINE (FAREOH REMIX)

Music, PREMIEREEricComment

We've seen some absolute bangers come from the Fareoh camp, and today I'm excited to bring you that new new! The original single "Drum Machine" is an all star collaboration between Big Grams, who if you're unfamiliar is the combined efforts of Outkast's Big Boi and the electronic duo Phantograms, and Sonny, oh wait I mean Skrillex. Fareoh has reworked the original into a melodic bassy concoction that completely reinvents the original. The track starts with introspective piano and vocals eventually building to a drop with a crispy quick arp and lead saw melodies that keeps it hype! The Big Grams' vocals surround the melodic future production with ease as the track unfolds. You can stream this track on spotify as well here.

HAILEE STEINFELD - LOVE MYSELF (FAREOH REMIX)

Music, RemixEricComment

It's a cold rainy day in LA, but Erin and I are here together rocking out and trying to get our Beautiful Buzzz SXSW showcase up and running! This Fareoh remix has been on repeat and we're both obsessed! Fareoh takes Hailee Steinfeld's luscious vocals and fire them up with mesmerizing plucks, thumping bass bobs and a pitched down vocal chop that combines into a hype, fun loving, and soon to be summer anthem. I know it's not even christmas yet, but the summer jams are already starting to appear and Fareoh has delivered with this one.

LANA DEL REY - HIGH BY THE BEACH (FAREOH REMIX)

It's usually around this time of the day that I need something to get low with -- because your girl LOVES to get low these days! Fareoh remixed "High By The Beach" by Lana Del Rey and it's dooope!! This New York producer is bringing heavy future vibes with this one -- I was just blasting it in my car and bouncing down the 5 freeway in the middle of nowhere, best part of my ride home back to SF today that's for sure! I bet you're gonna want a free download of this one, and you can grab that HERE!

FAREOH - FIGHT FOR YOU FT. ETHAN THOMPSON

Sometimes you need positive vibes in your life on a rough day, and today has been one of the roughest for your girl in the Beautiful Buzzz disco office.  In a world full of messed up people, at least there is music, and at least there are songs like this!  New York producer Fareoh has just dropped his first official single, and it's giving me so many positive vibes with epic feels .... if your down this will turn your spirit right around!  There is nothing but love here kids, "Fight For You" is the ultimate love song set to fantastic dance beats!  I think I just swooned a little because the lyrics come from a letter he wrote for his fucking girlfirend!  I feel like Corey in the movie Say Anything when she reads Lloyd's letter to Diane telling her he loves her, and she says, "I've never received a letter like this .... have you?"  Keep your eyes on Fareoh, he keeps dropping bangers like this he can get ready for greatness.
