RAD CAT - ALL I DO

It's pretty uncommon for me to be awake before 9am - after all I'm my own boss and run my own company so setting my own hours is just one of many bonuses!  However from time to time, especially when I am really busy or stressed out, sleep eludes me .... so this morning I am awake at 5:30am, hanging out on soundcloud trying to rest my mind.  I keep coming across this new track from young southern Californian producer Rad Cat - it's repeatedly showing up in my feed and in related tracks, and I gotta say it's a little piece of future feels heaven.  "All I Do" has some really great dance pop elements mixed in with those glitchy future beats we all love so much.  It's also very fitting for my current state of being - thinking about the job, money, the one boy I can't have .... it's pretty much all I do!  Rad Cat has got my attention, let's see where he takes us next! ALEX NEWELL - THIS AIN'T OVER (KID REMIX)

OK hold on! What is going on here with Kid.  We've been throwing up every track he's putting out here on BB, and I'm starting to think things are getting serious between us! We started out as just friends - he moved into my soundcloud feed and I said hi - then we started to see each other on other blogs and in the club. When the facebook chatter from my friends started happening I knew we were taking the next step - all my friends were talking about how awesome he is and that they love his tracks. Now it seems shit is getting real, because this new remix of "This Ain't Over" by Alex Newell is smothered in so much future bass and choice vibes, I think I might be in love! BB + Kid forever!   

KHAI - DO YOU GO UP (KIDSWASTE REMIX)

It's the weekend and I have decided to just chill - well at least as much as I can. I guess I should say I have decided to just chill for the first 1/2 of today because I think that's the only chill I will find in my hectic life!  I digress, this new remix by Kidswaste has so much chill that it's making my chill way more chill!  You may remember Kidswaste from that badass collab he did with Manila Killa when they covered "Can't Do Without You" by Caribou (listen here).  Well, this young producer has delivered a tasty remix of "Do You Go Up"by Kahi which I am 100% loving riiight now! V chill! Get into this one kids! 

PRXZM - HAZE - (GILL CHANG REMIX)

Recently I got to do some hangs with the lovely lady supplying the delicious vocals on this new track - we did a girls lunch in suburban wine country all NorCal like!  She's 1/2 of future/trap duo PRXZM, and this new remix by Gill Chang is kinda everything I wanna feel right now! [NEW SHOW] FRED FALKE | LOVE & PROPAGANDA | FEBRUARY 6 - SAN FRANCISCO

FRED!  Next weekend we'll be hanging at Love & Propaganda in San Francisco with this legend! Our love Fred Falke will be dropping the most delicious disco jams while we shake our bootays! THE KNOCKS & MATTHEW KOMA - I WISH (LOUIS THE CHILD REMIX)

Again - the BB fam is strong af today!  Our loves The Knocks made this badass track "I Wish (My Taylor Swift) and Louis The Child just flipped it into a delicious future feels treat  - so tasty!  Both duos are currently on tour - selling out shows across the US ... we can't help but to smile as we watch our friends grow and find success - and we are the most happy when they get together to produce tracks like this! FLOR - UNSAID (INSTANT KARMA REMIX)

The vibrant ladies of LA via London's Instant Karma have put out an awesome feel good record with this remix of Flor's amazing tune "Unsaid." The vibes emanating from this upbeat tune have got me smiling like a kid at the zoo. The chorus features an asian/tropical like plucked melody that works perfectly with the acoustic guitar and vocals. This is the second song I've supported from the ladies, and I'm positive there's much more gold to come. Grab this free download here.

AMTRAC x HOTEL GARUDA - LOST IN MOTION TOUR MIX

Well, it's definitely been a busy day for great music!  So many awesome vibes out there ... we've been having a blast all morning!  Now that it's close to the lunching hour, this is when I turn into a pumpkin and start working on my other job - talent buying (aka booking artists) for upcoming shows! This is when I like to find a bad ass mix and dive into emails, and just my luck I'm not having to go outside the BB fam for this one! Our homies Amtrac and Hotel Garuda dropped a new one for their Lost In Motion Tour coming this winter!  I may not have booked this show, but I'm definitely gonna be there to rage with these legends!  Check out the dates to see when they'll be in your city and grab tickets HERE!

POST MALONE - WHITE IVERSON (GRACE MITCHELL COVER)

Dang ok lots of music coming at ya today from BB. 2016 holy shit man it's been a great year for music so far and we're not even one month in! Grace Mitchell, the fiery young redhead from Portland, has been really quickly taking the interwebs by storm, but with pipes like that I'm not surprised! Coming off the release of the Raceday EP that has had breakout success with the single "NoLo" and a recent performance at my favorite LA radio station KCRW with the legendary Jason Bentley, she has given us a fantastic cover of Post Malone's "White Iverson." Atmospheric and groovy this cover showcases Grace's silky smooth voice. Get ready guys because Grace's rise to prominence has just begun.
