[PREMIERE] PORTER ROBINSON - SAD MACHINE (K?D REMIX)

To say I am excited for this next premiere is an understatement. When I created BB I never expected it to eventually take off and become a "taste making" music blog, but here we are and it's 100% my labor of love. So when I find an artist like K?d, an artist who I believe is making some of the best new music out there, I tend to nerd out a bit and want to always be involved.  We've pretty much posted everything he's released, and I am always asking management if I can premiere tracks or do some sort of creative content - but his management is very mean to me and always say no (j/k)! Well, not this time! Today we finally get to premiere the next K?d remix of "Sad Machine" by Porter Robinson. Swoon! K?d smothers this hit track in his signature future flavor, with bright melodies and crisp glitchy beats, transporting us to a new world of sonic heaven. I love how K?d listens and produces in a totally original way, including the most intricate sounds and beats making each track he puts into the world a masterpiece. It's Monday morning and I am in a mood - I still can't decide if it's good or bad, but maybe after this pot of coffee I am about to crush we'll know. This new one from AObeats tho, has got me feeling all kinds of moody and I love it! His latest remix of "Lover In Dark" by Benta is a dark and sexy R&B jam with a beautifully creepy vibe. This time of year is always bananas - and any way I can make a show pop off harder the better! BILLIE EILISH - SIX FEET UNDER (JERRY FOLK REMIX)

I often talk about the love between me and this yung Norwegian producer ... like our story is one that no one else has ... but then I realize Jerry Folk is the kind of guy who spreads his love around. He keeps releasing one fantastic track after another, and at one time I thought they were all for me, but they're not ... they are actually all for you! He takes pride on making all of us swoon with his sweet jams, and once you think he's done ... he keeps coming back for more, sucking us into his web of awesomeness, making us feel like we are the only one who matters. Sigh .... Jerry Folk is breaking my heart today with his beautifully sad remix of "Six Feet Under" by Billie Eilish. It's his first remix released in almost a year and I love love love it!  Get ready to feel something! 

[PREMIERE] OPIA - YDU (BKAYE REMIX)

Things just keep getting better and better for our yung friend BKAYE. I gotta say .... this Cali producer has been one of the most exciting new kids on the block in 2016 - BKAYE keeps slaying all things and making all the right moves! Seriously tho, our next premiere of this new remix of 'YDU" by Opia is a five alarm fire!  With big future beats and viby vocals, this one has me poppin shoulders and throwin trap arms in the best way! FLUME - SAY IT FT. TOVE LO (STWO REMIX)

I mean - can I get an amen please? After what seems like a barrage of subpar Flume remixes over the years, we are finally getting some fucking fire! Not that the artists who have remixed Flume in the past are crap, because many are hella brilliant, it's just hard to improve on Flume ... how do you improve on perfection? This just happens to be my opinion. But an hour ago, French Future R&B and Hip-Hop dance producer STWO dropped his remix of "Say It ft. Tove Lo" and I'm swooning! Say It (Remixes) EP is out, and this is the first one I've heard, and if the rest are like this we are all in for a real treat on this beautiful Friday music morning. STWO added some sweet and sensual slow jam funk vibes that bumps this track to a NC-17 rating. Mmmmmm ... I like it a-lot! Swoop this EP via iTunes HERE and nerd out a bit with me!  

FIXYN - P.U.T.P (YOUNG T & T SCOTT) FIXYN REMIX

Ring! Ring! Pick up the phone! You're next audible delight is calling. You gotta peep this tight new future hip hop remix of Young Thug and Travis Scott from LA's FIXYN. This track grooves with all sorts of ooey gooey vibey bassy goodness. The bell synths bob the track forward as the dance drop hits with phone rings, cascading chirpy synths and deep sub. This record has a certain charm to it while still being beastly and hype. I'm smiling as I'm doing this review and I think you will too. Grab this as a free DL right here. 

KID LIZARD - DO U... (KL FLIP)

Aight I've got a lot of music to churn through today, so I'm gonna rapid fire write up these tracks. This Cashmere Cat flip by Kid Lizard is, to borrow an Erin term, BANANAS! It's starts all nice and fluffy with a harp arp (lol) then spins off into this dope buildup that drops into a flaring future bass drop that's sexy af. I thought it was really interesting how he samples Miguel's "Do You..." as the pitched down vocals. Dive into this one kids! 

JAHKOY - CALIFORNIA HEAVEN (MEDASIN REMIX) FT. SCHOOLBOY Q

Ahh here we go! I posted Jahkoy's killer ode to sunny Californ-I-A back in September (check out the sick original here), and now we're starting to see the remixes appear beginning with this romper of a record from Medasin. He's put his own vibey spin on it with wavey synths, bobbing bells, sound effects and a chill af drop that's beastly to say the least. The arpy synths chirp around the melody with a swag you can't help but bob your head to. Dive into this one nuff said.
