CLOUDCHORD - FOREVER FOR NOW (FEAT. FURIOUS)

Austin based Cloudchord has consistently climbed the Hype Machine charts with almost all of his releases and I have not doubt his latest "Forever For Now (feat. Furious)" will spark up the chart as well. This original is tantalizing to the senses will all sorts of yummy electronic goodness. Smatterings of rhodes piano, bright melodic arps and sighing moving synths fill up the instrumental with smooth percussions and of course the signature Cloudchord guitar riffs. Furious' terrific vocals are simply the icing on this luscious cake. I seriously have not heard a Cloudchord release that I haven't absolutely loved. SWEEKUH - HOW WE DO (FEAT. COSMOS & CREATURE) + MOLLY MOORE - JUST A DREAM FT. BRANDYN BURNETTE

Humor me for a second and lets do an SAT style relation. Kevin Hart is to the movie business, as Molly Moore and Brandyn Burnette are to the _________. A) Fashion Industry B) Music Industry C) Social Media Game D) All of the above. Correct Answer: D) All of the above it seems like these two are everywhere -  in my facebook newsfeed, always lookin' fly and putting out killer tunes. Well since there's been a lot for me to cover, I just decided to give you a double dose of tunes featuring these two talented songwriters, producers and vocalists. The first record is a really terrific tune from a BB repeat Sweekuh. We had the pleasure of premiering his remix of Molly Moore's "Piece of My Heart" last February, and he just released a new original this time adding Brandyn's vocals to the mix. The tune features acoustic guitar, a big catchy chorus and a dance drop that's a perfect blend of downtemp, tropical and future that goes down soo smooth. The next record is the 2nd single from Molly's upcoming EP. She's already trending on Hype Machine at the moment for her Blu J X Indigenis' "Hallucinating Ft. Molly Moore" I'm going to keep the momentum going for Molly because she keeps putting out killer tunes! "Just A Dream" is an eclectic and thought provoking indie pop single with smatterings of ambient electronic elements, but mostly lead by terrific drumming, bass and vocals. This record pulls you into a dream state with the mysticism of the soundscape. A chilled out vibey single that's a perfect soundtrack for my descent into Fall. LEO ISLO - GOLDEN GRAVE + EP

Leo Islo's new Golden Grave EP is absolutely killer. I've been a big supporter of his music for a while now (check out "Higher Living" such a tune!). I had the opportunity to listen to this EP before it was live and it's been on repeat ever since. Due to circumstances (EDC + moving) I haven't been able to get this up as quick as I would like, but alas here it is! Matt Pahler, pka Leo Islo, has already had a diverse music career and is really putting it all together for this EP. Golden Grave, the title track off the EP, has such a uniquely chill vibe to it. His voice basks you in golden rays of briliance, supported by ambient background vocals, synth stabs, a moving arpeggiating synth bass line, and relaxed percussion. The tune smoothly grooves along flying you up to fantastic heights. I would highly recommend putting ears on the entire EP, and purchase/stream it courtesy of PUZL Records here.
