AOBEATS - PILOT MIXTAPE

It's pretty safe to say that Moving Castle founder AOBeats just won over our hearts here at Beautiful Buzzz with his latest project, an 11-track mixtape titled "Pilot." Featuring Moving Castle comrades like Manila Killa, Robokid, and Sakima, AOBeats also enlisted an assortment of other talented names such as Mark Johns, Satica and many more to help bring his musical vision to life. "Pilot" is much more than what we bargained for when we heard AO was dropping a mixtape. Pulling a spectrum of elements from genres such as pop, electronic, hip-hop and trap, each track is just as ear-pleasing and addicting as the next. Major props to everyone involved in this project, as it's by far, one of AOBeats' most incredible yet. With music that sounds this good, you can find me sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation for what else is to come from him.

Funk-master and bass-blaster, Kill Paris (OWSLA, Sexy Electric), left his signature gritty beats behind and created a future-bass composition that's smooth as butter. His second release of 2018, "Made of Time (feat. Trove & Emily Vaughn)," proves that his soft side is just as enticing as his booty-bumpin anthems. This is the track you want to be singing as you look into your lovers eyes, windows down, as a warm summer breeze bathes you in a feeling of complete contentment. If this track is a sign of what's to come on his summer 2018 album release, this is sure to be our summer soundtrack.

I am beyond thrilled to announce this next show.  For years we've been wild about this young man right here ... his funky disco dance vibes are pretty much the best thing in life. Now, we're bringing Touch Sensitive back to the bay to debut his LIVE set on June 22 at Mezzanine! Not only is this going to be the greatest dance party of the year, it's also kicking off Pride Weekend .... so grab your rainbow flags and disco balls and come out for the time of your lives!  Tickets go on sale this Friday April 6 at 10am! [PREMIERE] NØLL - ANYMORE FEAT. AIDAN JAMES

Texas’ genre-defying mystic nøll just revealed his digitally enchanting single, “anymore” featuring Aidan James. The first single to release from his debut EP, “anymore” is a dynamic labyrinth of notes and bars working together to cast spells on its listener. Vague trap samples glide atop a down-tempo r&b production, where classically digital electronic music expels outward. The lyricism in “anymore” is defined by a robust vocal ebb and flow, flickering with passion and seductive allusiveness. The future is bright for nøll- “anymore” stands as a palpable  testament that music is nothing short of a calling for this young taste-maker. Experimental and approachable- it’s one you need to feel.

"As a producer, it’s always a struggle to decide what you want “your sound” to be. I’ve decided that the only way to derive that authentically is to base it off what YOU think sounds good. Around this time last year, I became obsessed with acoustic guitar sounds. I knew Aidan, who does cool looping things with the ukulele, and sent him a beat based around this one guitar riff. We both bonded over that organic mix of percussion and live guitar. After he sent me the vocal, I knew I wanted to build an atmosphere that fit the somber vibe. To achieve that, I played around with different foley and glitch samples to build a sonic landscape. I always wanted to juxtapose an experimental soundscape with layered harmonies. For the vocals, I wanted it to seem very much like an internal mental struggle with oneself; much like listening to a devil and an angel over your shoulder." - nøll

PAPA YA - EXPLICIT

Charismatic and genuine, LA’s two-piece electronic outfit, Papa Ya is back with a chilled-out banger, “Explicit.” Self-described as simply, “two dudes making music and having fun doing it,” Papa Ya is fossilized proof that great music is rooted in the art of creation. BRIDGE GUY- CLAV IT YOUR WAY

Who doesn’t love Berlin? It’s unlike anywhere in the world for parties that don’t stop and dance floors that never sleep. It draws the crowd of residents and visitors alike, for obvious reason… THE MUSIC. Once again, the artists have not disappointed. Bridge Guy returns courtesy of Berlin Bass Collective with a dreamy two-track release from his EP, Neukolin CLAV. The first track of the EP, “CLAV it your way” incorporates playful, house-oriented beats with groovy chords, and evocative vocals for a brighter- more disco influenced sound. This lovely release speaks for itself, offering the perfect feel for any afterhour to keep the party going and the people bouncing!
