That’s the mantra that young production duo SMLE embraces when honing their craft, and their newest release is yet another example of how they’re putting that mentality to practice. We’re a bit late to share this gem, but “Overflow,” out now via Lowly Palace (the Trap Nation imprint that’s been on a roll lately), features the blissful vocals of Helen Tess who also provided the topline for Big Z’s “Galaxy” release we covered a few weeks ago. Featuring smooth future production, chill drops and playful lyrics that evoke thoughts of childhood like “I can count to one Mississippi” — “Overflow” is without a doubt a tune that’ll get your weekend started and put a SMLE on your face.
