Following the success of his Cosmos & Creature assisted single “Children”, Listenbee has returned with an official remix in tow. Supported everywhere from MrSuicideSheep to Hardwell’s Off The Record on Sirius XM and reaching #1 on Hype Machine, the original was a genuinely jubilant cut with a carefree ethos. Thus it makes sense he’s tapped Attom - whose remix credits include Steve Aoki and Bishop Briggs - for a flip that maintains the youthful energy of “Children” while serving a breezy, chilled out vibe to perfection.

Listenbee's latest single, a collaboration with duo Cosmos & Creature, "Children," brings you back to a time when there was no rent to be paid, and no heart too vulnerable. This optimistic track pulses with a "whispering womp"- electrifying your senses while straying from the hectic. It's vocal energy is a divine combination of future R&B and indie reverb. I'm usually not a fan of the lyrical "la la la" filler, but Children uses this tactic appropriately, perfectly embodying the spirit and soul of a child. It's a beautiful, warming, and dynamic track. Listenbee, while under the alias Goonrock, helped produce the hit "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO. While the radio banger was a 2011 phenomenon, we're happy to see Listenbee making his way to the top of the hierarchy in the underground scene. Explore this cute, resonating tune on Spotify. Oh we're super pumped for this! Our homie Mahalo is back with a fantastic new remix for us after coming off of his breakthrough first EP release on Sleazy Deep Records. This time Mahalo brings his smooth Hawaiian groovy beats to re-work Listenbee's horn laden single "Nottamun Town" (here the original here). Perfect for an afterparty or an early morning commute, Mahalo brings the energy of a dance track, but yet somehow still keeps it chill enough for the island breeze. This track bends the original's vocals around a great synth guitar line with smatterings of arpeggiated melodies and groovy bass with even some whistling! It's available on Spotify as well here.
