Dude this new one from RKCB is just bonkers in a good way. It starts with a fat horn synth sound that just blasts away immediately with a funky bass line underneath that sweeps you off your feet from the second you hit play. By the time the vocals come in you're immediately in a tense form of anticipation wondering where the hell else is this track going?? It maintains this precarious equilibrium of funky bliss throughout with smatterings of shiny pads and glitchy patches flashing in and out. East Coast maestro HtPkt ratchets up the emotional punch of LA duo RKCB's "Enough", taking the track to another level entirely. Coming off the release of his debut single "Running (ft. I will probably always put up all things K?d ..... he's pretty much my favorite thing from the last 12 months. We've tried to be a platform of growth for this young producer, taking him into our hearts and rising him up in the hopes that people will listen ... even if we can reach one new person today - that's an achievement within itself considering the volume of music that's released on a daily basis. This new K?d remix of "Elevated" by RKCB is a wall of sweet sound with big future beats and super soulful vocals. This one can definitely fit into that "epic" category! I tend to stare at walls while biting my bottom lip, and once someone told me that I was going crosseyed, and I was like ... woah that must have been one hell of a daydream! Ha!
