STELOUSE - BEEN SO LONG (FT. NICK LENG)

And this is why I love StéLouse so much and think he's one of the most creative and talented producers and musicians out there in this big bad world ... amazing! This Denver legend has given way from his deep bass beats and future trap vibes for some lively electro dance pop that is heaven! "Been So Long ft. Nick Leng" shows us StéLouse's lighter side with delightful rhythms and catchy melodies, and with Nick Leng's gentle vocals they have achieved pop perfection. StéLouse has just been signed to Republic/Casablanca and will be unveiling his new live show this year at Snowglobe Festival - which you can 100% believe I would not miss for anything! Big moves! CRNKN - THE GRIP (FT. SARA KENDALL)

I'm playing catch up again this morning! So many great tracks came out this week that I've been meaning to get to but ... once again this busy girl can't always do it all!  So, before the Friday releases start going live (there are a ton today) I'm gonna try to get to a few tasty morsels before the mad rush.  This one tops my list - Los Angeles producer CRNKN released a fantastic future feels original "The Grip ft. Sara Kendall" that is a beautifully haunting ... so many feels with this one! Sara Kendall's voice and lyrics reflect a time in her life when she was dealing with depression, something I believe most of us can relate to ... and together they have created an emotional tale that will definitely get under your skin. Brilliant!  

THE KILLERS - MR. BRIGHTSIDE (TWO FRIENDS REMIX)

Los dos amigos are back! Oh wait can I speak spanish in Trump America? Oops sorry for getting political for a second, lets get musical. The Killers 'Hot Fuzz' LP was one of the first albums I literally played to death. I had it in my cd player back in the day and would wake up to it before school every morning. Not to mention Mr. Brightside is a longstanding hit that's going to span generations. Well Two Friends have taken to remixing this classic and prepped it for 2016 dance floors. I would love to see this track in a set, it's starts much like the original then forms and molds into a future bass dance floor banger that's heating up the BB office right now. I hear rumors of some new singles and an EP on the horizon from this camp. More info on that later, right now lets boogie to a classic.    

SAKIMA - ALL YOUR SECRETS

London based producer/vocalist SAKIMA dropped a new track today through Manifesto, just in time to help sooth your election induced anxiety and make it in as a write-in candidate  But in the end, after listening to "All Your Secrets" the only party i care about is one with a dance floor. Get in on the ground floor with SAKIMA because i don't see him going anywhere. 

XAN GRIFFIN - U REMIND ME (FT. ANUKA)

California producer Xan Griffin just joined forces with vocalist Anuka to release his first original track. The self described Gemini stays true to himself and delivers some moody goodness, bringing the listener along for an emotional ride, with Anuka's vocals blazing a melodic trail ahead. The release of an original composition of this calibre displays a capability to step up and evolve past the initial stages of big-room remixes and define his own space within the genre.

FANCY CARS - SET ME ON FIRE FT. BRANDON HALL

Oh Fancy Cars, you stand alone at the peak of the highest mountain with “Set Me On Fire”. Lyrics like “My heart is immortal/my body a flower in snow” just goes to show us Fancy Cars only makes music that is like no other and that can stand the test of time. Beautiful lyrics paired with the impeccable voice of Brandon Hall, we see “Set Me On Fire” stay true to future bass yet stand to dive into Indie Pop, which I feel is a perfect mix to utilize the great talent of Brandon Hall. I sure hope this is a pair that will continue to collaborate in the future. 

DRUNKEN MASTERS FT. PORTUGAL. THE MAN - LOUDER

There should only be one thing on everyone's mind in America today - and that is to go vote! I'm not gonna tell you who to vote for, but I am gonna say if you willing chose not to vote, you are a loser! You may think we were dealt a shit hand in this election - but not voting is the most pussy move to make - so don't be a pussy. Also, this new track "Louder" by German outfit Drunken Masters ft. Portugal. The Man is super bad ass - out now via Fools Gold Records you gotta check this out! Blast it through your earbuds on your way to the polls!   

VÉRITÉ ~ GESTURE (VINCENT FLIP)

Hey now! So .... this is such a treat for me, I've been waiting all day to blog about it! One of my new favorite producers Vincent has just dropped a delicious flip of one of my all time favorite indie pop bands VÉRITÉ - so you can say this one is giving me all the warm feelies! His version of "Gesture" is full of bendy future melodies and glitchy beats with VÉRITÉ vocals connecting all elements for ultimate radness! [PREMIERE] PORTER ROBINSON - SAD MACHINE (K?D REMIX)

To say I am excited for this next premiere is an understatement. When I created BB I never expected it to eventually take off and become a "taste making" music blog, but here we are and it's 100% my labor of love. So when I find an artist like K?d, an artist who I believe is making some of the best new music out there, I tend to nerd out a bit and want to always be involved.  We've pretty much posted everything he's released, and I am always asking management if I can premiere tracks or do some sort of creative content - but his management is very mean to me and always say no (j/k)! Well, not this time! Today we finally get to premiere the next K?d remix of "Sad Machine" by Porter Robinson. Swoon! K?d smothers this hit track in his signature future flavor, with bright melodies and crisp glitchy beats, transporting us to a new world of sonic heaven. I love how K?d listens and produces in a totally original way, including the most intricate sounds and beats making each track he puts into the world a masterpiece.
