FRED FALKE - RADIO DAYS FT. SHOTGUN TOM KELLY

THIS!  After a week of poor news and catching a nasty flu, I emerge from my sick bed with all kinds of delightful things to brighten up my day! First, I feel much better today and I might actually get to be a productive part of society again! Then, Facebook tells me that one of my most favorite people in the whole wide world, and super agent extraordinaire, picked up Fred Falke as a new client! I am jumping for joy over this news!  This agent works really hard and has been nothing but amazing to me over the years -- he deserves the world and I know these two can do awesome things together. Fred Falke played our SXSW show this year and hung out for hours, laughing and dancing with my crew and becoming a solid part of the Beautiful Buzzz family! Magic!  Then, I see he's released his first single "Radio Days ft. Shotgun Tom Kelly" from upcoming EP due DEC 4th. I mean ..... get ready to shake your bootay because this is some funky shit right here, ok! Fred Falke breaks it down for us, and the funk ain't never gonna run out while he's around! Our next premiere is from a very special up-and coming legend who we are all kinds of bananas over!  Mile high city producer StéLouse drops his latest remix of "Lemon Eyes" by Meg Myers right in our hot little hands, which we proudly give to you! He's put a future pop spin on this great track, leaving us swaying and shoulder rolling all over the BB office!  Part of the amazing collective/management team at Apex Management out of NYC - StéLouse is letting us know he's here to stay!  You can swoop this track via iTunes HERE! JACK Ü X EMBER ISLAND - WHERE ARE Ü NOW (LIONE REMIX)

Brand spankin' new artist alert! We get a lot of emails, but we try to open every email and listen to as much as we can in the hopes of discovering a gem like this. It's our pleasure to introduce to you LIONE. This is not the first Ember Island cover remix that has graced our pages, but when a couple of great accapellas get put up on SoundCloud like Ember Island has done, all the producers start lickin' their chops (AWESOME SINGERS TAKE NOTE). This is great exposure for the covering artist and bravo to LIONE for whipping up this fantastic remix. This is music industry collaboration at its finest my friends, and ooooohhhh it's fantastic. 

FAITHLESS - DRIFTING AWAY 2.0 (AUTOGRAF REMIX)

Our homies Autograf are a shining example of how music can reach across many platforms and touch many souls, whether you are into pop music or the many versions of house, or Trap, or whatever..... if it's good then that's all we need to know -- and Autograf are hella good!  These Chicago boys just handed me something different -- a much more deep house feel than the expected bouncy electro disco vibes with future undertones that we are used to.  Whatever -- it's good! Autograf is about to leave for their UK tour - have fun guys! 

STEPHEN - HELLO (ADELE COVER)

Adele's new single "Hello" has erupted everywhere with a lot of quick support coming in the form of remixes and covers especially since it was only released on October 23rd. Stephen is definitely leading the pack so far with this re-imagining. The talented producer, vocalist, guitarist...lets just say musician extraordinaire kills with this rendition.  Bluesy, guitar laden with subtle drumming this track finds a nice sweet spot between chill and head bobbing. LOVE THY BROTHER - TOP 5 SUMMER JAMS

Now that we are all coming to terms that summer has officially passed, some of this cooler weather and west coast rain is much needed and very welcome! Summertime tho .... it does have the ultimate vibes, so we are keeping the Top 5 Summer Jams going all year long!  Canadian duo Love Thy Brother have been making some waves lately with their super sexy remixes, and just recently dropped a killer cover of "Higher Love" and we are digging every bit of it.  We've been talking about them quite a bit actually!  I'm sure its already pretty cold in their hometown of Montreal, but Love Thy Brother have picked 5 jams to keep the sun shining in your hearts, minds and ears! Enjoy! 

Harrison Brome - Midnight Island
Harrison has such a unique voice and is unbelievably only 18 years old. We had the pleasure of working with him on a remix to his other hit “Fill Your Brains”. Don’t sleep on him!

Lawrence Taylor - Bang Bang
We heard this song on the viral chart of Spotify and couldn’t stop listening to it. Lawrence is another young vocalist and Bang Bang was his breakout hit. Great guitar and the production quality is off the charts.

AMTRAC - Hold On
We love Amtrac’s style and couldn’t get enough of his release on Toolroom. Perfect for every set.

Gorgon City - Saving My Life ft. ROMANS
Gorgon City are on an absolute tear, got to see them live this summer and ‘Saving My Life’ was the song of the night.

Sailor & I - Leave The Light On
Sailor and I have been our favourites since Turn Around became the underground anthem last summer. Leave the Light on is a after party heater! Love the Joris Voorn remix as well.

GOSHFATHER & JINCO - FOR A FEW FT. BRENNA CAMPBELL

Bring the noise! This energetic new jam from Goshfather & Jinco brings an instant get up and dance vibe the second you hit play. The guys intertwine break beat and garage influenced sounds and vocal chops around a sped up cover of Mariah Carey and Busta Rhymes' classic "Baby If You Give it To Me" sung by Brenna Campbell. CERULEAN CITY - MY LOVE

Ok time for something light and peppy! DC based Cerulean City have whipped up a bright and jovial rendition of Justin Timberlake's Timbaland infused hit "My Love." This track doesn't strive to go too far out of the box, instead leaving much of the song's structure in tact. KARTELL - GOLD

Unfortunately your girl right here is feeling a bit under the weather, but I am trying to power through this day - because there are hundreds of tracks to blog about and many shows to book! Let's kill two birds with one stone right here and talk about Kartell and our upcoming Take 2 Entertainment show with him in LA!  This French house producer dropped a new track today called "Gold" which shows us a edgy side of this disco master, and I am loving these vibes! Karell retains this easy going smooth groove throughout the slightly glitchy beats and light melody, it's pretty great!
