PANG! - CIGARETTE FEAT. CAMERON DOUGLAS

PANG! is somehow a group that wasn't on my radar. I got an email regarding this new single, and I instantly had to do some research. While this Swedish duo has remained in relative ambiguity, they've put up some insane numbers on Spotify with "Walking in the Sun" raking up 23 million streams and 524,329 monthly listeners. Their newest is a rework of a song they found through an online video posted from the featured vocalist Cameron Douglas. "Cigarette" is a joy to listen to with beautiful acoustic guitar work, folksy style vocals and tropical bells and xylophones. This song is a chilled out delight and is mellowing out my hump day. LINCOLN JESSER - BETWEEN THESE LINES FEAT. QUIÑ

Lincoln Jesser returns with another vibe-y deep house cut that's showing off his tropical side. "Between These Lines" is laid back tune that meanders its way forward with ease as the synth stabs lead us into fun drop with a vocal type chop/synth (I can't tell the difference sometimes now-a-days) that adds the exclamation point to the beautiful top line provided by Quiñ. We finally have an announced date of his Casa Mirage EP due November 18. No doubt this single will be included, and as we find out more from the track listing you will be the first to know. SNBRN - LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND

It is ridiculously hot in LA today. The sun is scorching everything and the weather report is reading 100 pretty much all over town. Sounds like perfect timing for a new SNBRN record! Just like the weather LA is getting BRNT to a crisp over his new Swedish House Mafia cover of "Leave The World Behind." Teaming up with the always impeccable Kaleena Zanders for a second time (check out SNBRN's hot cover of California Love), the two have discovered a successful system for updating and rejuvenating seemingly overworked tunes. In true SNBRN fashion the record is packed with strings, piano, deep kicks, horns and he's chosen to go with a fun pan flute sounding melody that adds that tropical crisp to this Mai Tai of a tune. ELEPHANTE - PLANS (FEAT. BRANDYN BURNETTE) + I AM THE ELEPHANTE EP

Elephante is back with an incredible new single, and the hotly anticipated release of the 'I Am The Elephante' EP with an almost LP's worth of 9 amazing records. The emotional EP features a mix of chilled out electro pop, essences of tropical, smatterings of melodic trap, and future bass all tied together in a way that only the Phante can do it best. If you haven't heard them yet, check out the already hit singles "Closer (feat. Bishøp)" and the epic remix of MIIA's "Dynasty," along with some great other records like the one I'm about to touch on "Plans," "Catching On (feat. Nevve)," "Hold (feat. Jessica Jarrell)," and the banger "Goliath (feat. Jody Brock)."

Now onto "Plans" Brandyn Burnette kills it per usual with the emotionally charged lyricism and vocal performance. The record starts much in the same way as "Closer" with a solemn organ that immediately draws soulful church-like thoughts as tropical xylophone plucks spark the record up into a snappy chorus that prominently features a guitar riff as the main melody. The record plugs along at a chipper pace as we reach the bridge where we're brought into an emotionally charged halftime chorus leading us into the finale. This marks another milestone for Elephante and we're happy we've been along for the ride. ATTOM - AFTERGLOW

Following up on his debut release on MFN/Ultra Records with the upbeat "Better," Iowa City's electronic muse, Attom has given us the heavenly "Afterglow." Electing to smooth things out, "Afterglow" is a tremendously serene record that showcases the beautiful vocals of Ciele. Featuring a barrage of eclectic percussion, guitar and synth bobs, Attom wisps the record forward with easy bliss. This is just the kind of record to soar us out of summer and float us into fall. [PREMIERE] HUNTAR - 4AM (KULKID REMIX) ANIMATED MUSIC VIDEO

It's pretty rare that we post videos on BB - but this one is really cool, and honestly I can't get enough of this track. French producer Kulkid has delivered a super fun remix of "4AM" by Huntar that's drenched in dance pop vibes. Kulkid is so dreamy - we love all the things he puts into the world. He combines tropical house with soulful pop textures to create that delicious sound. Check out the new video below, and you can also grab a limited free download HERE!

Viceroy has been putting out a ton of excellent remixes and original tracks this year - you could definitely say he's lit! The Sultan of Summer is back with another fun filled indie dance house music gem with his remix of "Swallow My Pride" by Boehm. With bouncy rhythms and and hints of tropical vibes, this one will have you shakin that booty on the dance floor! Rise and shine - this morning's first premiere is bringing that playful summertime vibe something fierce! Kav Verhouzer teamed up with Palm Trees to produce this deep house gem "In My Arms" that's packed full with lively melodies and soulful vocals. Every time I talk about a New York producer, I have this overwhelming desire to be back in that big beautiful city with my east coast fam whom I so rarely get to see.
