TULA - ANOTHER KIND OF RED

I stumbled across this record perusing soundcloud and instantly fell in love. I did a little research and I knew Tula is a group BB listeners need to hear. "Another Kind Of Red" starts with sporadic plucks meandering around sparse rhythm while her voice is so smoothly layered above. The chorus hits and you instantly understand why I'm bringing this to your ears. This crossover pop meets indie record showcases excellent songwriting laced with A+ production. Listening back to their other two records "River" and a cover of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" I'm happy to say this is the real deal, better hop on board the bandwagon now.

GAZZO - SWEATER WEATHER (THE NEIGHBOURHOOD COVER)

This was one of my favorite songs for a minute - I was loving The Neighbourhood so much at one time which is why I was happy to see this new cover of "Sweater Weather" from Los Angeles producer Gazzo.  He's put his shiny indie dance flavor all over this super viby version with big playfull beats and smooth vocals from Robbie Rosen - it's really great! [PREMIERE] CLANS - ALIBI

We've got an interesting and totally fun tune for you here from LA based singer and producer Clans! With an excellent vocal rework of Tycho's "Awake," Taylor Swift and Lights under his belt, it's our pleasure to premiere Clans' first original in "Alibi." With a doo-wop feel to it, this track showcases his fantastic vocals while simultaneously expanding our danceable pallet. Perky piano, background vocal dubs, and mellifluous pads surround the lyrics totally putting us at ease. Excited to be in on the beginning of this journey and happy to support his unique vision.

CRYWOLF - CATACLASM

THIS THO!  For weeks I have been talking about Los Angeles indie electronic legend Crywolf, swooning in circles over his brilliance.  Someone in the industry once told me that when I really like something, it's liking on the next level.  Maybe I am not afraid to show my passion for music and artists I really love.  Everyone who knows me has seen what a nerd I am - working in this industry or not, I hope I never lose that part of my personality.  And talk about nerding out, Crywolf is my main squeeze riiiight now!  Last week he released new full length record Cataclasm for an outpouring of symphonic pleasure that is definitely .... next level!  I can't stop I won't stop with this one - each track is brilliant.  Grab your headphones and hold on, because there are so many beautiful moments and radiant surprises layered throughout this journey, Crywolf has just set the bar!  I have included "The Hunger In Your Haunt" above, however you can stream the full album, and I know you will want to purchase this masterpiece via iTunes HERE!  

GRYN - WHAT U WANT (ORIGINAL MIX)

The smiley duo in GRYN are back with a record that's forging a new path for one of our favorite SoCal up-and-comers. I remember talking to them recently about working toward a new musical direction and I'm super stoked for the results! It's hard to pinpoint exactly what genre this falls under, but I'm calling it Funky Future Tropical Bass House. I know that seems all encompassing, but hit play and see what I mean. The boys have craftfully blended vocal chops, complex drum patterns, deep funky bass and a tropical oriented soundscape that results in a track that is truly unique and refreshing. Also special late Happy Birthday to Ethan who I know was celebrating over the weekend. Keep it coming boys! Can't wait to hear what's coming up next.  

OH WONDER - HEART HOPE

While we definitely like getting Buzzzed here at Beautiful Buzzz, half of the name is Beautiful and Oh Wonder has continued giving us absolutely beautiful tracks month after month. The second installment of our OASIS FSTVL SERIES is announced! GALLANT - LEARN TO FLY (FOO FIGHTERS COVER)

Gallant makes us swoon! For real, this kid has been lighting up our musical senses with his super sexy R&B electro jams for the past couple months - I mean ..... so so so good! This cover of "Learn To Fly" has got me feeling some type of way - Gallant puts his sultry flavor all over this smash hit rock single - bananas good!  Get into this kids!
