I'm excited to introduce another Beautiful Buzzz newcomer The Walking Sticks! This DC trio has released a fantastic new indie dance and pop tune "The News" through LA label Play Me. This track starts off small and filtered with atmospheric sounds, but quickly grows into the first verse with a vibrating synth bass hit that slams almost as hard as Chelsea the singer's penetrating vocals. Her voice has a wonderful quality that I would compare to the likes of Florence Welch. The chorus rings out with drive and passion, it's catchy yet refined and full of power. There's a lot happening in the music, I hear melodic synth work and guitar all combining to entreat us to get up and move!
