If you've been following our little blog here in the last year, then you've definitely heard us post these two amazing artists time and time again. I'm grateful enough to know personally both parties involved in this remix and I'm super happy to see them doing so well. Cosmos & Creature comprised of Brandyn Burnette and Molly Moore have been absolutely hustling, giving us tons of material and crushing it release after release. Their single "Young" has been on repeat since it came out back in September (check out our review here), but now we're starting to see the remixes appear. Win and Woo the Chicago duo comprised of Austin Gahsen and Nick Winholt just recently released their killer new single "Recognize (feat. Ashe)," which is crushing both Soundcloud and Spotify, and have also recently launched their new live show and just finished touring with The Chainsmokers, Autograf, and Timeflies. With so much cool stuff happening in both camps it's only fitting they've come together to release this awesome new dance floor heater. Hit play and you'll instantly get hype to this fun tune full of bobbing stabs, piano, deep bass, vox chops, and an infectious chorus lead melody that's very much stuck in my head. You can stream this tune on Spotify here, and can also download it for free here.

DJ SNAKE - TALK FEAT. GEORGE MAPLE (ELLUSIVE & TRINIX REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentMystery producer(s)?? Ellusive team up with French producers TRINIX, and the oh so familiar voice of George Maple to reboot the iconic "Talk". With George Maple's emotional lyrics weaving over a slow, ambling bassline, Ellusive & TRINIX breathe new life into an already amazing track. The whimsical cadence builds into a expectation defying drop thats got this track on repeat in my ears all day. Check out more of Ellusive's stuff here, TRINIX's here and George Maple here. YE. - DFFLE

Fresh on the heels of his Halsey "New Americana" flip, ye. delivers more fireworks yet again with another dance floor ready hit featuring the vocals from Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer". Watching the momentum build around this young act is as exciting as it gets so don't sleep on this!!!! You grab this as free download here.
MOLLY MOORE - IMAGINARY FRIENDS (PLUTO REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentDamn I'm starting to feel old compared to all these up and coming producers lighting it up now a-days. I was sent this remix from 16 year old Pluto a bit before it came out, but due to life circumstances wasn't able to write it up until now. I was perusing the hype machine chart earlier yesterday and was happy to see this tune had already climbed all the way up to 2! I know Molly Moore is a hype machine darling and anything with her sumptuous voice is bound to get some attention, but lets focus on what this young producer has brought to this mix. The chorus drops into this minimalistic dirty sub drop with mysterious bells leading the charge in the top end. The guitars and horns intertwine with the drumming to subtly pave room for Molly's pipes. This remix doesn't go far out into left field, but instead keeps it close to home sharpening you're attention. You can download this tune for free right here.
THE CHAINSMOKERS - ALL WE KNOW FT. PHOEBE RYAN (SAID THE SKY REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentSaid The Sky has done it again! The Denver-based producer has just blessed us with his rework of The Chainsmokers' "All We Know" and to call it a must-hear would be an understatement. Recognizably Said The Sky in style, the remix is melodic, bubbly and feel good all the way through. Having just released a couple of mega-collaborations with 3LAU, Seven Lions and Illenium, all eyes have been on the rising producer to follow up with a great tune - and this one has more than exceeded my expectations. Grab a free download HERE and show your friends, they deserve the midweek pick-me-up.
ZHU - GENERATIONWHY (LOUIS FUTON REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentIt's almost 5am and I have not been to bed just yet - so deciding to blog at this moment might not be the best idea - but I've been listening to this jam all day, and as I come home from a fun night of work and play with another successful show in the books, I'm back listening to my homie Louis Futon, do what he does. I am a huge fan. I've only done one show with him, a boat party which was pretty great, and I have really been trying to have him back on another one of my events ever since .... but timing is off. Soon tho, I'm make it work. Yesterday he dropped his yummy remix of "Generationwhy" by ZHU, and once again he blows my hair back with his funky future style. Louis Futon has a gentle elegance about his music, it seems to flow effortlessly from his heart. Only spending a handful of hours with him 16 months ago, I did learn a bit about his charming character. I am convinced he has no idea how good he is, but then actually knows exactly how good he is ... if that makes any sense. Love this track - you guys need get into this one!
MARTIN GARRIX - IN THE NAME OF LOVE FT. BEBE REXHA (THE HIM REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentI'm feeling rather mainstream EDM today - it happens from time to time and I just can't get enough of the big room beats with soaring vocals; songs made for festivals where I can fire spin and shit (not really). So when my homies The Him sent their new remix of "In The Name Of Love ft. Bebe Rexha" by Martin Garrix thru today, I thought it was the perfect combo of the underground cool that we like to support (The Him) with mainstream EDM (Martin Garrix). This one is going to make you shake that booty fo-sho! I have more rather exciting stuff coming from The Him next week ... you'll have to wait a few more days for the goods! Until then, our show with The Him + Lost Kings in San Francisco on NOV 26 at Ruby Skye is coming up, if you're in the bay area you should come on out yo! Grab tickets ... it's time to rage!
THE KILLERS - MR. BRIGHTSIDE (TWO FRIENDS REMIX)
Music, RemixCommentLos dos amigos are back! Oh wait can I speak spanish in Trump America? Oops sorry for getting political for a second, lets get musical. The Killers 'Hot Fuzz' LP was one of the first albums I literally played to death. I had it in my cd player back in the day and would wake up to it before school every morning. Not to mention Mr. Brightside is a longstanding hit that's going to span generations. Well Two Friends have taken to remixing this classic and prepped it for 2016 dance floors. I would love to see this track in a set, it's starts much like the original then forms and molds into a future bass dance floor banger that's heating up the BB office right now. I hear rumors of some new singles and an EP on the horizon from this camp. More info on that later, right now lets boogie to a classic.
VÉRITÉ ~ GESTURE (VINCENT FLIP)
Music, RemixCommentHey now! So .... this is such a treat for me, I've been waiting all day to blog about it! One of my new favorite producers Vincent has just dropped a delicious flip of one of my all time favorite indie pop bands VÉRITÉ - so you can say this one is giving me all the warm feelies! His version of "Gesture" is full of bendy future melodies and glitchy beats with VÉRITÉ vocals connecting all elements for ultimate radness! Vincent totally gets it - he's pretty much crushing all things he's putting into the world. You guys can grab a free download HERE!
