BEAUTIFUL BUZZZ

THROTTLE - HIT THE ROAD JACK

Music, Cover, Original MixEricComment

Well lookie lookie what we have here. Another Throttle release, another absolute jam! Throttle has been crushing it with his own breed of throwbacks and he's added this awesome re-work of "Hit The Road Jack" to his repertoire. Almost immediately this fun tune ran up the Beatport charts and is now firmly supplanted at #1 and it's easy to see why. Full of sexy horns and beefy sounds, this track picks you up and doesn't let go from start to finish. Throttle is batting 1000 so far with his releases and we definitely don't expect a slow down anytime soon. You can nab this tune on your favorite digital retailer here

VICEROY - JUST MARINATE EP + US LIVE TOUR

Music, Original MixErin MaherComment

Do you guys even know about a Viceroy party? Every time I head to see him play, weather it's my show or not, I spend the day prepping for what I am about to put my body through! The sultan of summer knows how to have a good time better than anyone I know - with his level ten fun vibes, crazy antics, and booty shaking tunes - I usually end up spending the next day recovering in bed! Viceroy just put out his new Just Marinate EP with two new tracks that are showing us his deep house side, and both "Marinate ft. Wilki" and "Illuminate ft. Anjulie" are delicious dance floor jams with major flames. Next weekend Viceroy kicks off his LIVE winter US tour, and I highly recommend getting out to a show! Check out tour dates below  and swoop tickets HERE!

ILIVEHERE. - COMING HOME

MusicMike DooseComment

With every new release from San Holo’s bitbird I’m reminded how glad I am the young Dutch legend decided to curate a "label and creative company." This song “Coming Home” from rising talent ILIVEHERE. is my anti-Valentine’s Day jam for “Singles Awareness Day” as I like to call it.

No matter what your status on this American Hallmark Holiday, just dive into this lush, soundscape-y, chill-trap, future anthem from the clearly very-talented producer who has previously been featured on bitbird’s Gouldian Finch compilation and as one of the many incredible remixers of “Light” — you won’t regret it.

[PREMIERE] MOSSY. - WARPAINT.

Music, Premiere, Original MixErin MaherComment

Happy Monday! I have something pretty awesome for this next premiere that I have been dying to tall y'all about! Mossy. is a young producer out of Los Angeles who is so shiny and new that this is his first track ever! "Warpaint." sets a very cool tone with big low end beats and a funky groove - this is the kind of song the cool awkward indie kid in high school who wore Blur T-shirts (oh that was me) would be listening to. Mossy. takes a creative twist on combining some pretty epic vibes - it's like he crossed The Stone Roses pop rock sound with super sexy dance floor feels ... and he was able to say everything he needed to in under 3 minutes! I love this! You can download "Warpaint." HERE

BILLIE EILISH - SIX FEET UNDER (BLU J REMIX)

Music, RemixErin MaherComment

We've said it before and we'll say it again ... these guys are gonna be massive! We love all the future feels Bay Area/Canadian duo BLU J bring to the dance floor, each track they drop I fall a little deeper under their spell! I tend to find these up-and-coming artists that I just love, and then a year later they have some douchebag agent that gives their show to Goldenvoice because they need to get on Coachella - whatever! Anyway - this new remix of "Six Feet Under" by Billie Eilish is delicious - get on it!

BRYCE FOX - HORNS (STéLOUSE REMIX)

Music, RemixErin MaherComment

I'm kind of in a mood this morning - I'm just wanting to love on everyone with hugs and cuddles, so I'm gonna talk about this special dude. Some people come into your life and continuously blow your mind, and STéLOUSE is one of those guys. The music this guy is making is next level - beyond top quality .... every one should be in awe of his greatness. And for some reason, this brilliant musician loves me. I'm not really sure he actually knows how much he impresses, intimidates, and inspires me in so many ways  ... and I feel like I don't tell him enough. What's also amazing is that he sees something great in me too. I'm a lucky girl. So let's talk about the music ... this remix of "Horns" by Bryce Fox is BANANAS. STéLOUSE you are everything good in my world, now please continue to drop that ish ......

AUTOGRAF - NOBODY KNOWS FT. WYNNE

Erin MaherComment

Last night Autograf played my boat party in San Francisco. It was a big boat - 1500 people with 3 stories. They slayed ... because that's what  they do. I had more fun at this party than I have had in months. Usually I am pretty stressed out at my shows because I want things to run smoothly and my artists to be happy - but lass night as we cruised around the bay, no one had any problems. What an epic party. As I watch the sun rise I play their new track and get all the feels... it's a gentle easy going groove that channels some darker edges of Autograf's sound, its the perfect way to end the night. STEVE VOID - NEVER BEEN BETTER

MusicMike DooseComment

Sometimes you just want to proclaim that you’re doing great, killing it at life, and let the world know how you feel. This upbeat electronic pop jam from Dutch producer Steve Void does just that. Featuring strong female vocals from Grace Tither which could easily be mistaken for Selena Gomez or Ariana Grande and polished contemporary production, “Never Been Better” is a jam that wouldn’t feel out of place on a Top 40-style playlist. Unashamedly, I would blast it loud and proud. Definitely one to get you pumped up and in the mood to go out for the night.

Last fall Steve Void was on the road with Matoma and Cheat Codes, and tomorrow he embarks on his Never Been Better European Tour. So for all you Euro Beautiful Buzzzers check the dates in the Soundcloud description for this track to see if he’s coming through your town!

SMLE - OVERFLOW (FEAT. HELEN TESS)

MusicMike DooseComment

Music has the ability to bring joy and positivity into people’s lives. That’s the mantra that young production duo SMLE embraces when honing their craft, and their newest release is yet another example of how they’re putting that mentality to practice. We’re a bit late to share this gem, but “Overflow,” out now via Lowly Palace (the Trap Nation imprint that’s been on a roll lately), features the blissful vocals of Helen Tess who also provided the topline for Big Z’s “Galaxy” release we covered a few weeks ago. Featuring smooth future production, chill drops and playful lyrics that evoke thoughts of childhood like “I can count to one Mississippi” — “Overflow” is without a doubt a tune that’ll get your weekend started and put a SMLE on your face.

ALSO — don’t miss SMLE next month in SF opening at our show with SAN HOLO, DROELOE, and WRLD!! Tickets went on sale yesterday and are already almost gone!!
